I think it's from the eposode in season 5 where they wake up in the building and Buffy goes to leave and Spike grabs her. But thats what I THINK. I didn't look it up or anything :-\

I think that picture would be from the season 5, episode 4 "out of my mind", but it would be an scene unaired, maybe censored, from when Spike is dreaming that Buffy gets into his crypt and she kisses him, at the end of the episode :)
