12 has SHIT health and crap damage but he has insane speed, that annoying air glider shit that takes him across the screen, invisibility for mind games, and a fairly decent poke game.

Q has the taunt/speed of hugo, nice countering normals like guile, and great ex/super art that is easy to connect. hes slow as shit and has to turtle often tho.

2 of the strangest characters in 3s for sure.

If anything I'd say he didn't grab enough. He had several opportunities to C&DB Twelve out of his EX Air Dive and didn't take them, in addition while he made good use of jump back fierce antiairs he didn't attempt to parry or block or AA any of Twelve's Air Dashing Jabs.  Parrying is important with Q, I think this Q was either A, not on his game, or B, bad.
