With nothing but some flashes of light? Yeah, no. That and the "friends" were WAY too calm and cooperative. Can you think of anyone... anyone at all... who would just allow that to happen to their friend if they didn't know what the hell was going on? Let alone ASSIST? Maybe, MAYBE if they recognized Derren and knew who he was, but even then I would have at least expected an "Oh shit, it's Derren Brown!! This is gonna be awesome!!" or something. NOTHING. Definitely staged.

The guy who was shooting is in Derren Brown's "Enigma" and "The Gathering" and gets picked up to be part of the show. I thought he is a hard core DB fan, but now it looks like he is also super lucky (happens to even go to the same bar the show is shooted at). Or then he just might be an actor...

@moonJason I just reviewed the footage of Enigma and I think you might be referring to the guy in the front row? This guy looks slightly similar but it's definitely a different guy. I'm terrible with nationalities but the guy in Enigma is probably of Inidian decent. In The Gathering however this guy looks very similar to the guy who gives his address but even then the guy was chosen by the random throwing of a toy cat.

Derren Brown has never been seen to do anything fake, by no one. Remember that this only works for some people and those people are very open to this. As I have understood it he is actually cooperating, subconsciously, like hypnosis. He wount do anything he wouldn't do in real life so if it would have been a real gun and he knew it, he wouldn't have shot. Derren is just asking his sub conscience "Wanna pretend to play this zombie game in real life?" and he answers "sure" :P
