still trying to track down a live performance of this song that was on a double tape (yes, it was the early '90's, and we had tape decks in our cars!) where the song lasted a whole [equivalent to] album side, where he just kept riffing, and every time it seemed he was winding it up it surged forward again, with lead after lead till you just wanted to holler "Take me now...there cannot be anything to top this...!" Anyone know of it? I pray for a reunion, in good company...

I just listened to Dave Mathews and Warren Haynes covering this song in Central Park and although Warren's lead will near about make you cry with the way it wails from the soul ; if you close your eyes and listen to this one it will take you too another dimension.

Saw him perform once: sitting at the old Saddle Rack in San Jose watching JJ Cale, and he calls up this guy a couple of tables down to play a few tunes with him! Still can't believe we didn't notice him until then.

neil blew the whole crowd away.... his guitar prowess is and was something to be seen by everyone.... no act in bonnaroo history has commanded the stage attention that neil did that night.... a truely flawless performance

Fond memories of my brother-in-law cooking chicken and rice one a propane grill. . . the heat. . . the people . . . I could hear the Crazy Horse show from where we sat. Beautiful. Sad (that I didn't get up and walk that way). Incredible experience.

I remember going into this show and the rumor was that he was just playing new stuff lately. I remember saying how I hoped he would play this tune. It was a full moon that night and he blew the crowd away and set the standard for the whole weekend.
