I've met Maya personally several times. My wife was at a dinner in California last year. She's incredible. I've met Maya personally several times. My wife was at a dinner in California last year. She's incredible. I've never met Andrew Young but similarly know him to be an incredible leader of the civil rights struggle. My point is/was that Obama has his supporters as well. My reasons why not HRC:
1-Voted for IRAN RES.N in OCT 2007. After all the lies regarding Iraq, she voted with Repub on giving BUSH POWER to attack IRAN.
2-Voted NO to the Levin Amend to the Iraq War Resol in OCT 2002. This amendment would have given CONGRESS OVERSIGHT TO BUSH's role in war making. 26 Democrats voted YES.
3-Voted for Iraq War when 26 Democrats said no and begged those that did to ask more questions.
4-Mandatory Healthcare with wage garnishments.
5-NAFTA and BOSNIA lies.

You obvious didn't know that the Taleban was in control of Afghan. The new leader, Hamid Karzai (sp) was elected in 2002. Iraq is not better. It is worse off and by removing Saddam from power we have revitalized Iran which was being counter-balanced by Iraq. Of course, this is what Bush wanted. Instability leads to more war. the reason for pre-emptive warfare is to prevent an attack. IF there were WMD, they could have been destroyed during the "shock and awe" bombing runs before the invasion. and even if there were no WMDs, iraq was the best place to go to contain iran. if USA did not go there, iran would have, eventually.

The real terrorist are in Pakistan and Afghanistan. I say we leave a UN/NATO force in Iraq and move 50% of the troops to Afghanistan and find and kill Bin Laden. The fact that Bush didn't finish the job says a lot about what he really wanted.

No. I mostly agree with you. I want smaller gov. But profit doesn't go well with meds. I want medical sys run private comp but the gov has to represent our interests. If there is no gov oversight, it will be for profit and that leaves us with no coverage for those with pre-existing probs or no income.
I can't operate on myself or my family.
I am voting for Obama because the Repubs lost me with Bush. I will give them a shot when good people come back. McCain is MacWar. We need money here.

Even though Hillary won the Ohio, Texas, Rhode Island primary, she lost the Texas caucus (which counts for a third of the delegates) and Vermont.
