Funny, reconciliation didn't seem "unusual" when the GOP used it many times when they were in power. Congress used reconciliation process to pass 21 bills between '80 and '07. Was it a "trick" when Bush's 2003 tax cuts, the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003 was pused through via reconciliation?
