I can see how CTF in L4D2 would work.

They could have Francis, Zoey, Louis, and Bill available in this multiplayer mode only, and it would be them versus Ellis, Rochelle, Coach, and Nick.

Players would pick a team, L4D or L4D2, and they would all have to run to the center of the map where the flag is and bring it back to their safehouse, all while a horde and a bunch of special infected impede their progress.

Whoever brings it back to their safehouse first would win.

That'd be cool.

How many times will I have to repeat this. When people get stuck waiting on something, they're waiting because they were promised, true sequels come by very quickly, but a very poor sequel, they merely replaced the game with the game itself if you follow. Meaning, they just changed L4D around to make a sequel it was probably just to make another product to sell. Consummerism, go figure.

@xxDungeonzxx We don't have a choice; Left 4 Dead 2's release literally halved the playerbase for the first game, now everyone who plays it is a hardcore player and the occasional newbie almost always gets kicked from versus matches. Modders also abandoned developing/updating their campaigns for L4D in favor of continuing it for L4D2.

This was Valve's decision and we did get screwed over because the game many paid $50 for is now worth almost nothing.
