Big Blue, was NOT the largest crane in the world, it was the largest in North America (I think), and had the ability to walk with it's full rated load, which is impressive. But there are others bigger, and Lampson has built one bigger than Big Blue now, it still isn't the biggest. And the one in this vid is most definitely NOT the LTM 11200. That crane has an unmistakable profile.

trans lifts are the largest cranes big blue was a conventional crawler an old friction rig, and just so some of you don't know conventional rigs are alot stronger than mobile hydraulic cranes

Big Blue (LTL2600) might have been the largest American crawler but it would be dwarfed by a Mammoet PTC or even the Demag 12600. The Liebherr 11200 9.1 is the current top dog in the mobile hydraulic class.
