U do not see vipers in town a lot maby once a month. But out of the exotic car category. They are plenty in town. There was a bunch at a car show at sandia casino. Almost one of everything. But tons of vipers. Still an awesome car. I was next to one at the light. Damn sounds like a beast
Here in albuquerque n.m. There are plenty of vipers. The one car I don't ever see here is the lambo. But have seen two sofar. Don't think they were from here lol
So you say "you see them everywhere". Can you tell how many you see each day? Like you see 20 or 30 each day on the road? Or how many you see an hour? I mean you probably see as many Vipers driving around as Mustangs or Honda Civics right? Very common car to see all day long on the road in New Mexico, as common as all other cars right?
WRONG.... JUST LOOK AT THE INFORMATION I HAVE ON THE WEBSITE... I DON'T KNOW HOW MORE CLEAR TO BE. I PAY LESS FOR THE INSURANCE ON MY VIPER THAN MY MUSTANG. JUST READ AND THEN FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF THE FACTS. Maintenance is not bad, if you read I EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT THESE CARS!!!!

@getfrog thank you very much! i am reading the est of it now! great guide, and i hope one day after i get out of high school i get an exotic! but i want to try to get one with a motor i can actually fix and upgrade.
PS: your viper looks awesome? you still have it? daily drive it?
NO.... NOTHING BROKEN.
As far as i've seen, the exotics you can buy cheap i know or close to exotics are viper, supra, s2000, 3000 gt, and i've seen a ferrari and skyline for 30 grand but it was really old (early 90s). You can find them on large auto websites. Nobody wants to stay with the same car forever, that's why they sell them(it takes forever to sell exotics cause sellers want cash for them) and why its easier to buy them like that off the internet. I'm saving up for my own viper or supra. Screw the dealers!!!!
just becuz an older exotic car is price low doesn't mean it will suddenly cost the same to maintain as say a corolla. You will still have to pay an arm and an leg maybe even a liver for maintenance. Also repair will be expensive, bet you at least some of these "cheap" exotic are rebuilt or had major accidents before.
The Viper, NSX and Prowler I know you can pick up for approximately 25k. But a Countache? No way. Not gonna happen with a REAL Countache. They sold for the equivalent of 150k and up new and collector interest is pretty high. I don't see anyone picking one up for a cent less than 60k. I bet the one in that video was a Fiero conversion. I've seen one before. The Testarossa I can't explain. I don't think they were horribly expensive to begin with, though and they're pretty anonymous.
Try being able to afford fixing an exotic car if you can only afford a 15k exotic...these cars need frequent work, and it costs a LOT. If you have money to play with, yes get one and fix it up...but these cars have been beat to hell and abused.
LOL this video is dumb as shit. where are you finding a testarossa for under $29,000??? and who wants to drive around a fiero with a lambo contach bodykit besides posers?
iv seen a few ferrari mondial & 308's go for around £10-20,000 and that was from an official ferrari dealer, dodge vipers on autotrader (uk) for abou £25,000, which is good considering how rare they are over here, there are loads more you just got to keep looking.
cars under 30k, viper yes, acura yes, old porshe yes, plemoth yes, fake as lambo contach replica yes, ferrari lol no fuckn way in hell, even a old peice of shit ferrari that does not run will still never be under 30k, ps dont reply to my comment about my spelling because i dont give a fuck
yeah but even if you really could get one of these for those prices, you still have to pay for expensive insurance, gas, and very expensive maintenance costs.

If everybody knew about affordable exotics, then I would not have had to do all the research to show people like you and everyone else that there are great deals out there. So no, I'm not lieing.... My 30,000 Viper GTS and the 25,000 Viper RT/10 I just sold are perfect proof.
@getfrog now if only the exotics in this video werent so ugly and old. im sure there isnt a single new or at least recent (2002 or newer) exotic car that you can call affordable, thank god im going to save a little longer and go for a lotus elise
how do you buy the cars there thuogh............i went to the website and i clicked on maserati...and there is a really nice 1 there.but it doesnt say who to contact or how to buy it...
Guys, most exotics drop in value like a rock. For one, they are overpriced to begin with. Two, there is a small market of buyers for used exotics. Three, people beat the shit out of the high performance cars.
Not to forget, most of the biggest ones in price drops are tuned cars. People who have the money (more than 30K) would buy an original with no tuned parts on it earlier or it must be a very special car that is rare to get.
@nicolasaoun123 Actually, you can buy a used Dodge Viper for less than 40,000...however, it will be mostly likely a 2002 and below and these cars dont have AC, radio, CD/DVD player snor traction control. So yeah, there is always a catch, but then again they werent made like that until recently...I was thinking about getting one of the Dodge Vipers for $29, 000. 00 but I realized, I would want the AC and @ least music...
Not sure what you mean by the "Running Cost".... but it is all covered on the website. I too had the same kind of thoughts and assumptions like you guys, but after owning and messing with exotics for the last 8 years, it's not what people think. YOu can actually have affordable exotic cars. Heck, the website and ebook are totally free... just go and take a look. No strings attached, just good ol' free information.
I've looked into a 1994 Viper, but there are a few factors you haven't mentioned here. Sure, it may be cheap and exotic but
It costs a ton to repair
It isn't very comfortable
Insurance (especially for someone like me, 18 y/o) would be high, and for most people it's alot higher than normal.
Gas prices are hard to deal with as well, but that goes along with any exotic. Good vid, though. If you reply, please do so on my page as well as here, jsut copy and paste so i can find this vid again
All your questions are covered on the exoticcaronabudget website and the free ebook on the website. Insurance is less on my new GTS Viper than my Mustang GT. They don't break like normal cars... Exotics are race cars... not typical production cars, so they are stronger and tougher. It's all covered oon the website. But being 18... well, I wouldn't recommend any 18 year old in anything over 200HP.
oops... think I deleted the comment about selling my RT/10. I sold the car for $25K and just picked up a 98' GTS for 30K. So sorry, it's sold. Thanks for asking though.
I deleted your comment on accident... however, to answer your question.I sold the car for $25K and just picked up a 98' GTS for 30K. So sorry, it's sold. Thanks for asking though.
I ve got an opel corsa C (opel = Vauxhaull) with a Z20XE (2000 cc) measured @ 3,2 bar it "produces" 530 BHP withou nos. So I live in Greece, in Glyfada (its a Suberb like Bevery Hills) and I alwas race with Lambo, Ferrari and Porche. They arent as fast as I am...
Not really... These cars are designed for "hard driving", unlike typical cars you see on the road, so they can take more abuse and hold up with little problems. Not to mention, it's not like a 16 year old would be destroying the car. Usually someone who knows how to drive or can respect the car would be behind the wheel. The Viper gets 21MPG on the highway, so not as bad as people would assume. Thats better than my brother-in-law's mini van.
damn, my 91 camaro with a stock 305 gets 20, then again, it can do a far better donut burnout than that viper or nsx can./ while it may not kick around like that viper, after 2 turns, you wont see the car hardly
Why would your 91 Camaro get 20MPG? They are only 15 second cars in the 1/4 mile. So you must be the burnout king and stomp on vipers and NSX's all the time in that hard core 305 eh? I'd like to see this mighty beast of a 305!
thats better than a POS Jeep Commander I had gotten (it had a Hemi) and just got rid of it for a 2008 Toyota Highlander. Japanese sure knows how to make fuel efficient Crossovers.
But wasn't that only showing it gets better mileage if you run the two cars as hard as they can go? Which its obvious that the 4 cyl would have some issues in that department.
The red Lamborghini`s spoiler is too high, would be nice to lower it more, its just awful that its so damn high.(my opinion) Nice job, and btw, that owner have to be rich by now x)
The Countach spoiler was designed like that to create insane amounts of downforce at 200MPH. The same way Formula 1 cars are designed. The Countach original design was in the early 70's into the late 80's. That design was untouchable for those time periods. Also, when driving the Countach, looking in the rearview mirror, you look under the wing. Any lower would be in the way.
that is one of the coolest videos I have seen yet. Especially the countach doing doughnuts and the viper burnouts. Driven like their mean to baby! I own a 1993 Lotus Esprit SE, i bought it MINT for less than 30K and everything thinks its a ferrari worth over 80 grand LOL
Thanks alot friend! Much appreciated!!! I love your car!!!!!!!!!!! I have ALWAYS Wanted an Esprit!!!!!!!!! One day I shall add one to the stable! Make a video of your car. I would love to see it!
You can get these cars outside the U.S. but as far as insuring in other countries, shipping and financing, I do not cover in my book for other countries. Unfortunately I have not had the privilage to export any to other countries. Shoot me a PM and I can see about working out a lower priced deal with you if you are still interested in trying out the book and you are outside the U.S.
No, these are not exotic car rentals for those who have been sending me messages. You don't toy around in Exotic Car Rentals like this, they will catch you and you will have to pay the big ol' deposit. Now regular car rentals, you may get away with it! LOL!
I checked out the website and I have a pretty open mind. I also look for cheap cars but im in australia, and yeah it is possible. I would love to read your book though.
I bought my viper for under 30 and a gen is easy to find for under that price. The testerosa is a kit and so is the Countach. An NSX find early models with a lot milage easy for under 25. You can rebiuld these cars for cheap if you watch for deals.
Of course you would think that... Thats what everyone thinks. I have owned two and didn;t pay asnywhere NEAR that. Thats why I wrote the book and created the video. See the website to get more info. I couldn't explain everything on You Tube, so you need to see the rest on the website. Most people with a decient paying job can afford an exotic, so give it a chance and look.
WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you see the cars in the video lighting up the tires? The Viper is pushing almost 500lbs of torque to the rear tires. Go to the website and see more...
These are not all kit cars in this price range. Real Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Vipers, Lotus, etc... (not enough room to list all of them) are available in the proce range mentioned in the video. I have hung out with kits and real exotics here in town and it's fascinating every time. Nothing but fun fun fun!
Oh, I agree! I was not offended or anything, just wanted to make sure there was no misunderstandings. I have seen some outstanding replicas and Shelby Cobra kit cars for sure and I say go for it if they are built right! Take care man.
It wont be an exotic anymore if everybody can afford one, prices should stay above 100grand or the resale for this cars will go waaay down.i am wondering if the cars being sold have been in a wreck or were bought from a celebrity who crashed it.
No, they have NOT been wrecked! Nothing "weird" about them. I am not providing the cars, I give the information and details on where to find them and how to go about buying one, since it's not like buying a "typical" car. I have bought two exotics and share my story with many people close by. I wrote a book on how to get cars like this and its all my real life steps I took. My website has more details, since there is not enough room to write everything in a comment.
Thats what most people think.... Thats why I wrote a book talking about that, if you go to the website. I never paid over 30K for any of my exotics. Thats the FIRST thing people think about when they see an exotic car..."I can't afford it", but in reality, most people can. Just take a look at the website and I explain more.
We have bazillions of porches but no lambos or ferraris

Why would your 91 Camaro get 20MPG? They are only 15 second cars in the 1/4 mile. So you must be the burnout king and stomp on vipers and NSX's all the time in that hard core 305 eh? I'd like to see this mighty beast of a 305!

its in storage, snow in wisconsin....
now where did i say i coudl out run them. no, i said i could kick smoke off the tires better.
and it only gets 20 on the highway
krondax 4 years ago
thats better than a POS Jeep Commander I had gotten (it had a Hemi) and just got rid of it for a 2008 Toyota Highlander. Japanese sure knows how to make fuel efficient Crossovers.

holy shit 21mpg
damaster77854 3 years ago
WRONG! a new bmw m3 with a 4.0 v8 gets better as mileage then a toyota prius....its been scientifically tested
jure87 3 years ago
yeah, u can see it on a Top gear show. Just look for it season 11 episode 01
simaojrcosta 3 years ago
But wasn't that only showing it gets better mileage if you run the two cars as hard as they can go? Which its obvious that the 4 cyl would have some issues in that department.
cowcrusher 3 years ago
And where will u get a dodge for that amount?!

The red Lamborghini`s spoiler is too high, would be nice to lower it more, its just awful that its so damn high.(my opinion) Nice job, and btw, that owner have to be rich by now x)
pjokk18 4 years ago

LotusACBC 4 years ago 2
Thanks alot friend! Much appreciated!!! I love your car!!!!!!!!!!! I have ALWAYS Wanted an Esprit!!!!!!!!! One day I shall add one to the stable! Make a video of your car. I would love to see it!

Possibly.... Thats the information I cover in my book.
getfrog 4 years ago
Does your book explain where to get these cars outside the US?
gsalange 4 years ago 2
You can get these cars outside the U.S. but as far as insuring in other countries, shipping and financing, I do not cover in my book for other countries. Unfortunately I have not had the privilage to export any to other countries. Shoot me a PM and I can see about working out a lower priced deal with you if you are still interested in trying out the book and you are outside the U.S.

NSX!!!!! MY BABY!! Gosh I would love a white one with black interior.
TaintedHeavens 4 years ago 2
Yea, NSX's are pretty sweet. Have you seen how low they sit? Very nice indeed/
getfrog 4 years ago
No, these are not exotic car rentals for those who have been sending me messages. You don't toy around in Exotic Car Rentals like this, they will catch you and you will have to pay the big ol' deposit. Now regular car rentals, you may get away with it! LOL!

k11nky 4 years ago 2
I checked out the website and I have a pretty open mind. I also look for cheap cars but im in australia, and yeah it is possible. I would love to read your book though.
PARSNBY 4 years ago 2
lol! You got some good videos on your profile. I laughed at the funny ones pretty hard! LOL!
getfrog 4 years ago
I bought my viper for under 30 and a gen is easy to find for under that price. The testerosa is a kit and so is the Countach. An NSX find early models with a lot milage easy for under 25. You can rebiuld these cars for cheap if you watch for deals.
GTRDIABLO 4 years ago
Of course you would think that... Thats what everyone thinks. I have owned two and didn;t pay asnywhere NEAR that. Thats why I wrote the book and created the video. See the website to get more info. I couldn't explain everything on You Tube, so you need to see the rest on the website. Most people with a decient paying job can afford an exotic, so give it a chance and look.
getfrog 4 years ago
dude ur crazy, these cars are 100k and over
rotimaneatbad9 4 years ago
I didn't bother going to your site but i'm guessing they are all kit cars.
LpInfluence 4 years ago
WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you see the cars in the video lighting up the tires? The Viper is pushing almost 500lbs of torque to the rear tires. Go to the website and see more...
getfrog 4 years ago
i would drive a kit car that looked like the real thing.....just wouldnt pay too much
bowlinking89 4 years ago 2
These are not all kit cars in this price range. Real Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Vipers, Lotus, etc... (not enough room to list all of them) are available in the proce range mentioned in the video. I have hung out with kits and real exotics here in town and it's fascinating every time. Nothing but fun fun fun!
getfrog 4 years ago
i wasnt sayin these was kit cars, i just told that guy i would own a kit car, he acts like they are the worst thing to have
bowlinking89 4 years ago 2
Oh, I agree! I was not offended or anything, just wanted to make sure there was no misunderstandings. I have seen some outstanding replicas and Shelby Cobra kit cars for sure and I say go for it if they are built right! Take care man.
getfrog 4 years ago
It wont be an exotic anymore if everybody can afford one, prices should stay above 100grand or the resale for this cars will go waaay down.i am wondering if the cars being sold have been in a wreck or were bought from a celebrity who crashed it.
azyaninvasion 4 years ago
No, they have NOT been wrecked! Nothing "weird" about them. I am not providing the cars, I give the information and details on where to find them and how to go about buying one, since it's not like buying a "typical" car. I have bought two exotics and share my story with many people close by. I wrote a book on how to get cars like this and its all my real life steps I took. My website has more details, since there is not enough room to write everything in a comment.
getfrog 4 years ago
Thats what most people think.... Thats why I wrote a book talking about that, if you go to the website. I never paid over 30K for any of my exotics. Thats the FIRST thing people think about when they see an exotic car..."I can't afford it", but in reality, most people can. Just take a look at the website and I explain more.
