please show me someones whos gotten big off this type of training. muscle size? mass? bodybuilder? i think most workout too fast but this is too slow. somewhwre in between might be better for size.
so are you not supposed to count reps for this type of training? I know you're supposed to reach failure but the only thing thats being documented is the time until failure. I've been doing this on my own, and it's really hard to try to keep form, while counting 10 seconds + and 10 - and keep track of the reps without someone spotting you.
I really like the Medx leg press. Seems to have on of the best ranges of motion. On some videos like this one i see in excess of 700 lbs done on it. I was wondering if its only 780 lbs on the stack or does that translate equally to the foot plate. I'm interested in getting one and I've read the stack might not be heavy enough. I'd be great full if you could respond please.
under 90 sec is much more meaningful time under load in my opinion,, the super slow vids people look like their sleeping... I think a tri ext would make more sense after two rowing movements though
Wow! That's really amazing that you have so much discipline when doing that! I really wish i were like you...i actually started this Power of Ten thing and i haven't reached full muscle failure yet but i'm still seeing results. hopefully i'm not doing anything wrong...in this video what week were you currently on?
I have done the Power of 10 workout and I have to tell you that it works extremely well. I read about it in GQ several years ago and then bought the book. I lost approximately 30 lbs. You can't beat a 1 day a week workout. Good luck!
Obviously, it's preferred to be in loose comfortable clothes when exercising. We wanted to show that people can come in and workout in their business attire. Many of our clients already do so due to limited time. Going in slow motion usually prevents potential ripping or tearing of clothes. And sweating is usually not a factor because we keep the studio relatively cool to accommodate increased body temperature while exercising.

If this system really built much muscle you wouldn't have to hide beneath long baggy clothing.

@Jym1985 Apparently they have clients who workout on their lunch breaks. No time to change. It's a good workout regardless of the Fellini slacks.
