noel is not a great guitarist. he actually professes that he doesnt even fully know the names of the chords hes playing. but i can say this, he is one of the greatest songwriter and musician of all time. how can anyone not like his songs and his gigs?

@gorillacha - Agree with you there. Noel has said many times he doesn't think he is that great a guitarist, it's more he has an exceptional ability to put words to great melodies together. He's actually dyslexic which makes it even more astounding that he's been able to write as many great songs as he has. Oh and Paul McCartney couldn't read sheet music either!

They played it so much quicker back then almost rushing through it compared to now...Its a far better line up now to be honest although the songs arnt as massive as they were back then which is strange lol!

noel is an absoulute genius, he can play the main riff of the song on guitar and sing at the same time, that guy is unbelievably talented and why oasis arnt massive in america i will never know in a million years. they are simply stunning and liam is a fantastic singer also.

Sure, he's not the fastest player, but his solo's are very, VERY melodic and beautiful sounding.

Of course are better guitarrist than him but there a few that can play and sing like him!

Lol well I don't know how good you are... but if you find this hard to sing and play, maybe you should buy a tambourine.... because you don't get much easier than Oasis songs. As good as they are, they are very easy. xx
