So um I'm an idiot and I was round my grandparents and I kinda took a tablet that cleans dentures. I thought it was for cleaning regular teeth and I used it probably twice and I thought it tasted horrible but I thought oh well it's cleaning my teeth. I never had it fully dissolved in my mouth though due too the taste. I then went to you them the next day but then saw on the tube it said DENTURES. This was a few months ago and my teeth seem fine. i have used natural Anti plaque and tartar control toothpaste (without fluoride)

and i have never had gingivitis well once maybe when i was 14 but that was 6 years ago!!

i also use Plax and Biotene mouth wash both remove tons of plaque and soften tartar buildup

they are both fluoride free, Fluoride is a toxin.

I dont agree to brush my teeth straigt after breakfast, because the enamel after any meal softens and brushing your teeth can damage tooth surface. So I would recomend to brush your teeth before breakfast and just simply rinse your mouth with water or mouth wash after breakfast.
