  • enjoyable movie, just a bit to soft, i wanted this to b along the lines of the 1st terminator .darker, ended up more of a kinda comedy and a 12 certificate , terminators should least b a 15, im waiting for a terminator movie 18 certificate 3 hour gore violently movie

  • did anyone else come here after watching the opening to Terminator 2?

  • TERMINATOR 3 KICKED ASS

    -Awesome ending

    -Great Action scenes

    -Tragic

  • 1:52 name of song? PLS! :(

  • 2;47 was crazy

  • where is the Terminator theme? I am disappoint :(

  • Skip to 1:05 for Nuke

  • I thought it was him leading the human race to victory, not goddam USA???? No point in the flag!!!

  • Terminator 3 and 4 is garbage

  • @jacekantoine I agree too.

The only thing I liked about this movie was that shot with all the dozens of Terminators. I wanna see that in another Terminator movie, a better Terminator movie I mean, and not one where the movie ruins the previous one, meaning T3 ruined T2.

  • Not the pest one but still a great movie!

  • It will not be Skynet making the machines in the future, it's China.

  • instead of war surely it would be a matter of waiting the machines out, sooner or later bearings will wear out. hydraulic seals will fail and electronics short, anyone with mechanical experience will tell you! skynet will outsource because of greed and due to cheap components the terminators will fall to pieces! instead of scorched skulls all that will litter the floor will be rusting metal tags stamped SKYNET CORP. PATENT NO 888846435. MODEL: T800 "ARNIE". ID CODE: 2387457600. MADE IN CHINA

  • I will never forget that quote from 1. Terminator

    It was:

    "I might return"

  • I actually liked this movie when I saw it a couple of years ago. But it's nothing compared to its two predecessors, or to the subsequent TV series. It's hard to put my finger on why, but I get kind of a B-movie vibe from this one. It somehow lacks the atmosphere from T1 and T2.

  • Aronld Might come back for a Terimator 5!!!!

  • @punishalltrolls: Even the actor Edward Furlong, the actor that played John Connor in terminator 2: Judgement day, looks like a chimp in fact he's a junkie. Just go to wikipedia and type Edward Furlong on the wikipedia search box. Take a look at his picture and read his story on substance abuse. SAD STORY.

  • @r25rjr i already know that. thanks anyway.

i mean the t3 actor looks like a monkey.

  • @punishalltrolls: Maybe his dad is a monkey lmao half monkey half man. he does has a fucked up look. rofl :P

  • @r25rjr He's supposed to look like a younger version of Kyle Resse. Which he does, in a way. The shaggy dark blond hair, soulful eyes, sensitive nature...don't forget that Reese broke down twice in the Terminator (albeit once in a deleted scene)

  • I liked the original trilogy and in my opinion unless Arnie comes back to do the real T4, the story ends here.

  • AWESOME NUKE!!!

  • T2, T1, Salvation, T3

  • [last comment continues] couldn't give them to him clearly enough, because he was a kid back then. But it hardly matters because it understands what he means just before he dies. The action in both movies is equally admirable.

  • @Rockboy58 I like the first movie the best. He has no consequence, no reasoning, no desires, he only has one objective and he follows it and never stops.

  • This movie is shit compared to T1 and 2. I mean total shit. John lost his warspirit in this movie and didn't manage to get it back because he got hunted by the terminators again along with Kate. But unfortunately even worse, T4 didn't even have Arnold in it (!). So yeah, in essence, T4 is EVEN shittier than T3, altough i like the war atmosphere in it. For me personally, T2 is the best of all time. John gave the emotional basics to the terminator, and i understand he [continues in next comment]

  • Nick Stahl is a very good actor, but he is not John Connor at all.

  • @intheTea04 Sure as hell ain't Bale.

  • @intheTea04 He does a good job of portraying John Connor before he *becomes* John Connor, if you get me. He lives alone, off the grid. Think about if you lived with the knowledge you had to save humanity. It would mess with anyone's head big time. I think the aim was to make him similar to Michael Biehn's performance as his father in T1.

  • @edinscot56789 - I think the problem is that the John Connor we see in the "Future Wars" segment in T2 is kind of the "perfect" version of John Connor. Anyone after that - even one of my favourite actors ever, Christian Bale - does not seem to live up to that image. The grizzled, scarred soldier we see in T2 was really cool and seemed like a genuine leader of men. Stahl just seemed like a weedy kid who could never conceivably be the tough guy we saw at the beginning of T2. Just my opinion.

  • @intheTea04 The John Connor of the T2 opening segment is 44 years old; in T3, he was 19. It is conceivable that over the course of 25 years, a weedy kid could turn into a war-hardened leader. We see in T3 Connor's reluctance to accept his destiny, but it does show how Connor could realistically become the Resistance leader; through the military contacts of his future wife. In T2 it is a bit of mystery how how a hooligan brat becomes a world leader, in T3 it is more fully explained.

  • @edinscot56789 - Funnily enough I thought the opposite. I actually buy Ed Furlong becoming who he does in the Future Wars segment.

  • @intheTea04 Thanks to some great direction from James Cameron, but in the space between you have the John Connor in T3, the bridge between. In real life though, people may praise Ed Furlong and slag off Nick Stahl for their portrayals of John Connor, both were child actors, both got in the business the same age. Nick Stahl is happily married with a family; Eddie Furlong turned into a drug abuser and wife beater. Who would you rather lead humanity?

  • @edinscot56789 - Neither. They're both actors.

  • @intheTea04 Yes, I know they're both actors. The point I'm making is that people tend to like rogues and jerk offs more than people who are straight and play by the rules. So really people like Ed Furlong's performance more because he's an asshole who played the part of a bratty kid whose first actions we see in T2 are to mouth off at his foster parents and break into a bank and steal other people's money. In T3 we see a JOhn Connor who is far more mature and responsible, yet he's less liked

  • @edinscot56789 - I don't base my judgement on actor's performances on how they behave in real life. Also, when I first saw T2 I was 9 years old and back then I had no idea of Furlong's problems in his private life. I admired the integrity of his performance and nothing else. If you're suggesting people root for the anti-hero or the "bad boy" rather than the straight-up guy then you may have a point. I personally just didn't buy into Stahl's John Connor at all. Nothing more than that.

  • @intheTea04 Well yeah, like I said, James Cameron can get some terrific performances out of actors. He got a lot of adolescent vulnerability out of Furlong because he really WAS fucked up. Turning a frown upside down, so to speak. I buy into Stahl's John Connor because he was (in my opinion) reminiscent of Michael Biehn's performance of Kyle Reese in T1 in many small ways. He looks a little like him, and he shows the same self-doubt, compassion and vulnerabilities as Reese did in the first one.

  • @edinscot56789 - Actually thats a good point about Stahl trying to evoke Biehn through his performance. I'm probably being very shallow but one of the reasons I don't fully buy into Stahl's Connor is the physical stature of the actor. He seems to be a very slight, unimposing guy and my mind kept referring to the original John Connor in the Future Wars segment. I just couldn't believe Stahl - even if I suspended my disbelief - develops into the guy in that sequence in T2. Like I said, shalllow...

  • @intheTea04 Well if you look at Biehn's Kyle Reese, he was physically similar. But that fits with the character, obviously fairly fit due to being in combat for a long time, but half the size of the Terminator. Of course John Connor isn't going to look buff, he lives off the grid. If he even so much as joins a gym, Skynet will zero in on him. He can't give away a single clue or they've got him. He'll be physically fairly fit from working construction, but like his father borderline malnutrition.

  • @intheTea04 What would you look if you slept under a bridge every night since you were about 12 years old? Think about it

  • The opening shot of LA being destroyed in a flash of nuclear light made me know: this isn't going to be a happy ending...

  • I like the Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles alternate version, rather than this. In the t.v series, as a teenager John goes to the future and is stuck there in the series finale. They should of made a season 3, it was a good show. I think the t.v show was better than terminator 3. Good to watch, but storyline wise I like the Sarah Connor Chronicles better.

  • baby teeth

  • 4:00 always gets me the chill. Stan Winston did a great job.

  • I don't get why people have a stick up their ass about T3. It was a great movie, it was a great twist that the future is inevitable. It's not as epic as T2 sure, but a damn fine addition nonetheless.

  • @RadeonX0X you should. for most fans, anything after t2 doesn't happen. jim should still write.

  • Comment removed

  • just noticed that future john here has the same scar as future john from T2

  • Part 4 gonna be **** without arnold..

  • 2:00 most epic scene from Terminator movie

  • T1 - Horror

    T2 - Action Comedy

    T3 - Epic Action

    T4 - Piece Of Shit

  • must suck growing up with arnolds trying to terminate you

  • the robot gun shots soind gay

  • @MrScary832 SOUNDED LIKE SOME DAMN PHASER GUN TOY FROM THE FAMILY DOLLAR STORE

  • The only thing more dangerous than terminators...Americans.

  • @monkeyman1140 amen

  • dumbass to dmravi he was just showing his small pocket of resistance and hes american so you can infer that everyone else is doing the same thing only with their flag fuckin twat. use your brain you stupid primitive monkey man

  • to prove that werewolfism. Check this film T O T A L L Y F R E E @ Movie Watcher. US

  • Terminator 4? I can't wait for T5, SUCKA!!!!

  • I like how they incorporate the "metaphorical" road - ties in with the beginning/end of T2. Also like the dialogue. "The storm is coming" is from the end of T1. Amazing visuals. Entertaining film.

  • Is it possible that even if small things were changed major events in history would still occur?

  • 2:01... he's talking about what was left of the human race, and they have an american flag in the background...i mean...come on!! so everyone who was left was american?? i mean theres got to be a few mexicans or somethin in the crowd. america isnt the only country in the world ya kno....

  • @dmravi13 Well think about it. The US is a mix of other races...and the main character is the leader, who is American. So in some ways it makes sense to use the US flag.

  • @dmravi13 lmao Good bloody point. Fucking America started this war with their killer machines, so why the hell do they get to decide what country flag to use lol

  • @dmravi13 yeah but weather you like it or not america kinda runs the world. like no joke. not in the best ways but it does. usa wasprolly the fallout for everyone

  • @dmravi13 probably just one faction of the resistance

  • @valeria262 Thank you for pointing that out to him! I don't get why people have to get all pissy because a band of fighters in the former United States just so happen to hold on to their national identity.

Even worse, people poured on the thumbs up 'cause he said "America isnt the only counry in the world ya kno..."

How much you wanna bet people would have called it a "crowning moment of heartwarming" if it had happened in a different country with their own flag? Freakin' double standards ...

  • @HooshIsASoup i wonder what happened to the other countries on judgment day. we were only told 3 billion lives ended.

  • love this movie....love terminator

  • This STILLS creeps me out every time I see it!!!!!

  • @Auroa1000

Same here. To think, someone actually commisioned a lackluster sequel to even be considered, let alone made!

  • this was such a great movie :)

Terminator is one of the vveerryy few movies in which the sequels are better than the movie before ;)

  • >Terminator is one of the vveerryy few movies in which the sequels are better than the movie before

You are very strange guy... o.O

  • moron.

  • oh... I forgot by the way... maybe you are thinking that Terminator 4 better than Terminator 2 or Terminator 1... %)

  • Comment removed

  • of course not! i didn't mean t3 was better than t2, i was actually thinking when i wrote that comment that t2 was better than t1. i don't know why i wrote it on this video...

    sorry about the misunderstanding :)

  • oh... well it's ok then :)

  • haha sorry about that :)

  • no problem... no problem )

  • why does he stay in LA

  • i still like part 3 i think it was well done, can't wait for part 4 salvation :)

  • didnt I hear part 4 was cancelled? or that arnold wasnt gonna be in it or something?

  • arnold is not in part 4 (now called salvation) it is christian bale(batman) who is the star

  • Perhaps he is in a digital form played by Roland Kickinger with the voice and the face of Arnold (I hope yes) Terminator Salation is coming on June 2009 the first of the new trilogy post-atomic. Ps. T3 is a good movie but T1 and T2 are legend.

  • @viperpack Alas, you were probably disappointed!
