I think this is pretty neat. I mean, yeah, the original is epic as it is... But it's fun to hear different renditions of familiar things, I think. c: This is pretty awesome as a song on it's own.

However, around 2:30 or so, something did sound a bit off. It may have had something to do with resonance or maybe someone got a little off beat. I can't quite put my finger on it. But that's just me being persnickety. Either way, I wish I could have seen this live. I'll bet it was awesome!

As much as I love it when video game music is brought by a real orchestra...

...but they totally didn't get the point of Still Alive, 99 % of it's genious spirit came from that it's sung by an emotionless computer in a total neutral emotionless computer voice and this music definetly fills in emotion as well as the singer does a slight bit, that just ruins it for me :/

Keep out emotions on Still Alive and you do it like it's meant to be done....like probably only a computer could do ^^

The high brass + high woodwinds were excellent, others were iffy... But the singer was WAY OFF. This Conductor has skills turning a videogame song into a sophisticated masterpiece!

This was not performed well....I think the trumpets and flutes were the only sections even moderately in tune. The saxes and french horns were all over the place, and the lead singer was a quarter tone flat the whole time.... I really wish this had been good.

D: Huh? I'm...DISAPPOINTED in this? Sure, it's a tribute to one of the greatest games of a generation of gamers, and that in itself makes me WANT to adore this piece. However, as a student of music, I'm bothered by the fact that the composer uses a more unimpressive style of composing, making the piece a bit obnoxious. If this had been composed in a form more conducive to truly symphonic music, this could have been an awe-inspiring, memorable work.
