@Loveisfun123 Yeah... I don't have time to check out every anime that seems a little bit interesting. Ratings do help me do a preliminary filter (there's usually a reason something is rated highly or lowly), but I do enjoy the occasional underrated gem.

What's wrong with checking out the anime in it's original form? I understand some people don't like reading subs, but I don't mind, so I like to watch the one that's better: sometimes that's the English, but mostly the Japanese.

@AaronRVill It's completely unrelated. In fact this is based from a visual novel with a similar title which came long before Darker than Black. I've seen both and Phantom is really good, it doesn't get the credit it deserves.

@bluhammer Take it this way, to buy a whole series is the same price as a video game. If you multiply 24 minutes by 13 episodes you get around you get around 312 minutes of entertainment or 5.2 hours anime in addition to special features. In other words the same amount entertainment as a standard video game. Just because it's anime doesn't make it different from other industries. =)

This show was actually quite good for a political based anime. Shame that Funimation releases their shows at such damn high prices, I can't believe they ask $58 for 13 episodes. If they want people to stop torrenting all their anime, they need to bring their prices down to AT LEAST $30.

This anime was really great. The only problem with it was the dubbed version. Since i saw it subbed first, i think that the dubbed version was horrible.( I couldn't watch the first 10 minutes) If you haven't watched it subbed then i think you will have no problem watching it dubbed. Enjoy.
