I remember tornado drills in 1st grade. The teacher had a stack of hard cover books by the door for each of us. We lined up next to the wall in the hall, squatted, put our heads against our knees and covered our heads with the book.
on may 8th 2009 my school bus driver kept picking up kids on a land hurricane when we got to school I had to sit in the hallway and at 8 30 we got out it was awesome!
When I was in 8th grade during the first 15 mins of class our princeable came in and told us that it was a tornado warning and everyone had to duck their heads at first but it wasn't a tornado. Just a bad storm.

Ha yeah it was pretty fun! I love tornado warnings at school everyone freaks but I'm pretty chill. My mom use to chase them and shes like an expert on them so I'm just like YAY! were out of class lol.
They're windows to the weights room and theres another room connected to that which is connected outside. Theres more than 30 feet to the outside...so its pretty safe.
