I would give a Hugh warning to anyone in the Public who think they would like to do this .

I watched 3 people poach 5 Elk and leave the Elk in the Tillamook Forest, I called the state Police showed them the dead Elk and gave the License plate number of the Truck the poaches used .

These Poached where caught and Tried, then a snag happed, one Poacher was friends with the Judge so the Judge dismissed the case .

Then these Poacher came after me to sue me in court for their false arrest .

@Moldovawineimporter The End of my store is I had to hire an Lawyer to defend myself in the court case these poachers brought against me .

The State and the State Police left me out to hang in Court over this with absolutely no help or protection .

In the End the Lawyer cleared all attempts by the Poachers to sue me for their false airest but it cost me in legal fees $8000 !

My advice now if you see something keep your mouth shut or don't give your name to the Police when you see Poaches.

I think some game wardens became so because thay were piked on in school and others because thay are to lazy to work hard and very very few that realy cares for maniging wild life and wild life resorses through hunting of corse but for the most part game wardens are as*holes like i said very very little of them dont have somthing cralled up thayer a##.

@Stevo0429 I can tell you asume to much alredy i have my year hunt and fish licens its a bout to expier this month but i will get another one so when a prik comes up and starts giveing me a bad time i can tell him to shuve it unless he or she is plesent then i will be plesent back. @elooveee Get ahold of your local State Patrol Wildlife Officer and let them in on what you know.  Becareful however, sometimes they're suspicious of the ones that make such reports and sometimes they build illegal cases against tipsters. Type in "Turtle Theft" that guy was a memeber of the public giving alot of help and the gamewardens did their best to make their case but got sued and the jury hit them with $88,500 for illegal search and seizure.

Is it realy illegal to sell wildlife parts in washington??? then why am I loking at a web page based in washington selling antler art, taxadermy & furniture made of antlers... which is wildlife parts??? Why would this be illegal? If tag & lic. fees are paid, I shoot a deer & I want to sell my skull (MY PROPERTY), than I will do so without a need for permission! I shed hunt year round & will sell as many as I please for as much as I please.

There is a T.I.P. (turn in poachers) hotline here in Oregon that is open 24/7 to report game violations to. The number is 1-800-452-7888. I have used this number before to report various crimes when I'm out hunting. Last elk season I called in a big group of guys that were mud bogging on a closed road in the back of a swamp I hunt near.
