In many movies Angelina Jolie kills 100 persons and couldn't open a coke with her strenght..Some female powerlifters like were Mary Warmer, Becca Swanson or T. Rinehart could be in world class with men but armwrestling it's different cause have smaller tendons and bones and i agree could easly loose with a ordinary guy. In tennis there is even more difference, S. Williams couldn't win the 250 male player.

true the moves are real enough but they still hold back. when they dive from a height they dont let there elbow hit your throat because that would kill you so they know how to hold back and plant the arm across the chest and make it look real. also the other guy sells the move by holding his neck and screaming to add to the realism. remember, its all very well staged. it takes a lot of rehearsing and trainiing to get it right. otherwise many more would be killed in the ring.
