this is not going work on all disk if you like prove me wrong i be happy mail you some sample disk to fix but i know you will not be able fix thim thear deep line Scratch from dislk bumping the hard ware that company like game stop use cost a lot of money a round 20 to 60k usd those work and is why game stop will buy broke disk

This works perfect. I have the machine for 3 years and repaired many discs. And if you really have serieous scratches first use a special pad and rub those manually with the red compound. and after that put it in the machine use the red, yellow and finish polish. I have repaired almost all discs with this deveice (more than 100) only one not and I did repair that one with a 5000+ dollar machine a store that I know has!

SO yeah it really works well if you know how to use it!

Simo for cleaning discs does a good job repairing minor scratches (with a bit work) but it's no good at repairing deep scratches.& if you have a few to repair bare in mind it can only go for maybe "half an hour at a time" before the automatic cut off kicks in and you need to wait 20 minutes for it to cool down!. Another thing i found annoying was that "you can't control the cycle time!" so you can't really leave it to do it's thing while you do something else as it only lasts about 10 seconds.

My machine arrived today.Basic operation is fairly simple, but I think will take a short time to get used to if I want the discs to look like new. It’s not quite as fast as the demo suggested, in the demo they only do one pass while in reality it can take 4 to 6 passes to restore a disc so that it will play again. If you want it to look perfect as well as play, it can take 10 to 12 passes using 3 different pads and 3 different cleaning compounds.

There are 2 sand paper pads included, which are used to remove deep scratches by hand before you use the red cream. It's labor intensive, but it works.

yes, but any pad that was used with the red cream will need to be replaced and the disc wiped clean of red cream before using another pad with yellow or white cream, otherwise you might get unintential "swirling" scratches from any red cream residue that is not cleaned off.

I would highly recommend that when you do buy this machine, buy an extra 3 sets of the pad holders.

use a seperate set of pad holders for each step, (Red Cream, Yellow Cream, buffing, cleaning) to get maximum usage of each pad.

If you just use the one set that is included, you will have to remove each pad in order to goto the next step, and if you used a pad twice, and it was damaged on removal, you lose out on the 3 remaining cycles for that pad which means you waste money.

If you use key to scratch it, OF COURSE it takes 4 mins.

When you press start it move for 10 seconds , we didnt say "it only takes 10 seconds to repair disc".

This is shown on our web-site.(repair time)

Light scratch: 10~30 secs

Medium scratch: 40~60 secs

Small Part Deep scratch: 70~90 secs

If you scratch it artificially, it takes more time.

I just got this and have read the instructions and viewed the video. I dont see an explanation for the water bottle(included in the kit)anywhere. Other user reviews on Amazon say to make sure to use the water bottle to mist and only with distilled water. When do you mist it? Thanks!

Thanks, Bill! I dug through the slightly obscure instructions again and you are correct, the water is for a heavier sanding pad for completely trashed discs(not shown in this tutorial). I just repaired 4 games that were unuasable/unreadable and this thing WORKED on every single one. It basically just paid for itself. The outer holding pad object is NOT removable. I will do a test run on a 3 inch game cube disc and message you the results.

Got myself one, good machine, take a while on bad scratches but does eventually fix them. Id rate it 8/10 but an excellent machine and worth the money!

when applying the white cream on the yellow pads use a bit more than what the lady does in the video, remember everytime you start the machine to put more cream on, if you dont thats what heats your disc up, pads are to dry and it cause heat when rotating so be sure to put plenty of compond and cream people, everytime you start a cycle, great machine and yes it does really work, takes about 2 1/2 mins to get perfect results from medium scratched disc

purchased one of these, they really do work, no need for buffering pads though as i use the yellow pad 3 times to remove scratches and using the same yellow pads use the buffering creame 3 times then use blue pads and spray disc with solution to clean, when using the yellow cream 3 times keep applying the tiniest amount, after 3 times use the white cream three times, it works a treat for me as i was finding that the little white pads were leaving little scratches so keep using the yellow pads
