  • I also have ms and I walk that way , if not worse . on a bad day I am falling on my face or to my knees and that really hurts .

you are walking great with help , how are you doing now , when were you diagnosed?

I wish you the best , hang in there we`ll all be ok just gottta be strong .

  • @YyJoBb Oh gosh, I don't know for sure, but I don't think so. I would ask your doctor. Good luck!

  • @laurenvparrott Fantastic! Great to hear that with motivation, and inspiration, you can still live a loving, fulfilling life, and not let your illness run your life.

  • @swissdude101 Thank you so much!

  • So how has it been? This video is 3 years old, how are you?

    Hope the best :)

  • @swissdude101 I'm feeling amazing now!!! I couldn't be happier! Thank you for writing!

  • now im really scared,i have had ms for 8 years and never walked like that. What scares me is the thought what if i start walking like that,?I cant even afford the medicne, i would loose my job, my career, my every thing!

Lord have mercy on us All. Aameen

  • @sherokpazoor Hi Aameen - I walked like that for a total of around 5 months. That was 3 years ago and I'm totally fine now! I wish you the best with everything!!

  • Isn't it interesting the things we used to take for granted like WALKING??? There's not much I do anymore, and I think that probably drives home the point we discussed about our MS being a blessing in disguise because I know that I see the world in a completely different light now and have a hard time even killing a spider when I find one inside during the winter and will try to capture them and let them loose outside...;) Everything deserves a chance to live I think even spiders and snakes.

  • @aeolos58 I know! Absolutely! I definitely see the world in a different light now, and I think what you said about the spider really hits home. You're right - everything deserves a chance to live!

  • still walking pretty well hope u feel better

  • @odin5150 Thank you!

  • Hi lauren, you are a real champion, my partner soon to be husband has had ms for 8 years. He is now in a wheelchair but like you tries to be very upbeat about life..I think I struggle more than her does some days...But thank you for your video's they do help me alot....rachael x

  • Hi Rachel! Thank you so much for writing to me! I wish you and your partner the very best!!

  • hi lauren, i could c 4rm the video that ur balance is shifted to the left. mine is shifted to the right, so i ususally need a hand while walking but there is a little tip, when u hold some1 try to lean your hand or palm on the shoulder i think this gives you more control and grip especially at the ladders part its so confusing. just thought this would help.

  • Thank you for the tip!

  • you remind me my self,i need an arm to hold!!!!ms is not stronger than us!!!

  • That's right!

  • You are so amazing! This really does help seeing how posotive you are! Even in the hospital. You are my M.S. Superwoman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ~Doreen

  • How far you came from last year, huh?

I am so glad that I have had the privilege of knowing you. It helps to remind all of us what we have in life. I would love to share my experience with you about my hospitalization. It changes you, somehow.

  • Lauren: This is Karen Graskewicz (Todd's mom), and I was speaking with Amy today and asked about you and how you're doing. I wanted to send you an article I found about a diet for MS. I'd like to send you the article if you want. You can get my phone number from Amy (I don't want to post it on a website).
