TPHBDAN is correct- this was recorded December 14th, 2000. It was a benefit for the Special Olympics and I was fortunate enough to attend.

Yeah i never realized he cut it this short in 2000. I know it was kinda short in 1999 during the "Echo" tour, but then if you see him during his 9/11 performance, it's about the length of where it is today.
