@RobiNxHooDz yes, speeds up the audio as well so you would sound like a chip monk if your talking, you can just duplicate the video and hide the video on the duplicated one and turn off the sound on the speed up one so they overlap you got speed up video but untouched audio only problem would be that the timing would be a little out and so on.

@LiberationofSins Go to the point where you want the isolation to start, Press: Ctrl + Shift + D. Then go to the part you want the isolation to end and do the same, then drag the clips to there appropriate layers.

@Everyweapon if you are viewing it on AE it's most likely that it's rendering slow to show you a preview. Remember it's only a preview, what matters is your final export, no need to worry about the bad FPS while previewing [=
