One problem I see is that you only have two screws holding the engine to the bracket.  I did this and they broke because of the aluminum/alloy housing. I would recommend you put more screws and enlarge the bracket.

Actually you can buy bolt-on kits off ebay for less than $150. These kits generally come with a throttle and yield at least 100 mpg. Not too shabby.

i have a lot of thenton no grip but i got it stared using a drill and i started ride out of my back yard the the engine stoped and i looked and i felt the fly wheel and i came of how do i fix? well the problem is that am vary little pin came out

i had the same problem where my flywheel unscrewed and the pin came out. you can fix it by getting a new one. i wouldn't recommend this but the way i fixed it was i lined the flywheel up and tightened the heck out of it. once you get the motor to turn the tire it should tighten itself up. be safe!

you want to get a tire that is smooth so you won't wear down the tread. also your motor will not have to work so hard. it will still work though.

yes i mean wear down the tread on the tire. with a smoother tire you will be able to get more drive shaft onto the tire resulting in less slippage. a tire with tread will bounce your motor causing slippage and will wear down you tire in a week.

the springs are there to keep the drive shaft from the motor on the wheel. also it enables me to pull the engine off the tire when i stop.

the shaft is made out of an old pipe. the crankshaft threads are the same size as a small bicycle axle. i took a nut off of a bicycle and put the two shafts together. then i took another nut off the bicycle and jammed it into the old pipe and screwed it on there. then took a pipe wrench and tightened the heck out of it.
