Dude! the improvement you've made is very evident in this video! you're working on a lot of the same stuff I am. your Btwist corks are looking SO GOOD, and you look 10 times better on grass than you look in the gym.. idk what it is... I gues you look like you way more power and confidence. keep training man, looking good.

@burningredlycan thanks akaii! thats odd that you say that because there's a lot of stuff i cant do on grass. its just that ive been training outside more lately and caught more on footage. i can barely cork>cork on grass and i can barely land a dleg twist on plyo. thanks for the comment though man! i hope to see some new footy from you soon!
