any athlete who gets bigger, stronger, more massive, as he gets older is automatically on steroids by today's standards, so I cant argue with teddy's assessment. Because if you are bigger than you were when you were 19teen, then you must be on steroids. You've peaked you only get bigger with drugs, its impossible to get any bigger without them. That seems to be everyone's attitude to all other sports. So how is Many not juicing.

@chrmunoz maybe because they'd have to test ever boxer around the world competing for the various belts... there are too many boxing organisations to police all of them, it would cost too much. They do get randomly tested though, I think.

@chrmunoz Well all the major organisations operate in the US, so it'd have to apply to everyone fighting for one of their belts, which happens all over the world. Even in the Olympics, people get past the testing by using certain drugs that are yet to be detected/illegal, loads of diffent cases have happened over the years... so 99% wont ever happen.

@HPhenomenal umm I think if you've stayed up to date Pacquiao has agreed to the tests, and once he did that Mayweather backed out saying he wants a 60/40 split of the purse. Now, the only person preventing this fight is Arum because he does not want Mayweather to make money. It's a sorry excuse but that's really what it is. You may only have given 4 rounds to Pacquiao, and I admit Pacman wasn't at the top of his game, but in his defense he was the more aggressive fighter. Marquez was waiting and waiting, lining up a good counter shot to take Pacquiao out, and when he timed it right Manny had another punch coming which is why they would hit each other at the same time. BTW, he's beaten up faster guys, and Marquez isn't that fast to boot.

Being as objective as I possibly can be: No body is taking into account what the human body must endure to produce at the highest level consistently and to succeed. Mayweather has a valid point when discussing the nearly drastic escalation in weight over a short period of time. Other cultures aren't as swayed by American policies although our money (for now) has the most value. HGH isn't stigmatized in certain cultures . Pacquiao is on PHD. Look up the u-tube sight from PAc's former sparring.

@showtytony - How is 15 years a short period of time for weight gain? This is why I say Floyd is full of it for talking about rapid weight gain, and why I also laugh at Floyd fans who support him. Pacquiao's weight gain was and has never been sudden, it's something that's increased slowly over time. Especially when you consider he's 32 years old now, and has been fighting professionally since he was 17.
