I have known this song since my childhood.

  • It's violin solo...

  • Oh my goodness. I don't know what instrument that is but how it tugs at my heart strings when it first begins. This song and so many others bring me back. Thank you. And most of these versions are originals and so good in quality. So greatly appreciated.

  • This is a very good song ! but also a very bad memory for me ..I try hard to separate between memory & this song I only focus on sir sinn sisamouth voice & help to keep khmer oldies alive...

  • "kehng yorl Orngreung" is another 1 of 100s of masterpieces by master sin si samouth.

makes me nostalgic of phnom penh & cambodia of the glory days b4 17 apr 1975.

damn you fuckin' evil pol pot!! you be re-born as a worm consecutively 4 a million times!!

  • Hahaha I wonder, what is the life span for a worm? How about if he reborn as a worm forever. Amazing voice!!!

  • nekhmer,

suppose the average life of worms is 10 days. now 10,000,000 days = 10,000,000/365 =(approx) 27,397 years!!

    that's a long time!! hahaha!!

me 2 i wish pol pot 2b reborn as a worm 4ever. however in buddhism we believe that no punishment is 4ever.

  • I recalled when I was real young and heard this song on the radio. We were so poor that my dad could not afford a radio. I had to go to my neighbor to listen to this song. This song reminds me of my youth. Thanks for sharing.
