I like these parts:

3 things Lord requires of us as we take renew our sacrament covenants : 1) keep ourselves unspotted from the world, 2) to go to the house of prayer and offer up our sacraments, 3) to rest form our labors.

We want every latter-day saint to come to the sacrament table because it is a place for self investigation. It is a place that we can bring ourselves in harmony with the teaching of the brethren and the scriptures.
