i recently watched Hotel Rwanda in my AP human Geography class for the end of the year i am 14 and i could not sit through this movie especially when the children were being attacked it made me think that american kids have it all the homless children even have some sort of access but these kids during the genocide had no access the french left the UN left for a while these kids all they could do is cry and die and watch there love ones die in front of them these kids are heros and soilders

I finished watching Hotel Rwanda in History today....it might just be the saddest movie I've ever watched....in fact, I think it is. The children singing towards the end of the movie made me cry. I didn't know what the words meant at the time but it sounded so beautiful and sad. I hope that history won't repeat itself. Hasn't the world learned that genocides are horrible. I hope the world knows that.
