We need to change medical legislation. For example, I can treat someone for pain but the minute that I suspect that they have a problem I've crossed the blurry line between treating my patient and supporting an addict. Medical law now says that I have to cut this person off, and that is inhumane and wrong.
Con't Cut an addict off and throw them to the wolves you create the perfect matrix for these type of "pain clinics" to flourish. We need to make MD's more accountable: You make the addict, you treat the addict. Instead we've scared MD's with entities like the DEA to the point that they don't want to get caught with an addict on their rolls. Hey everyone, I too am an opiate addict. I was using IV heroin everyday for over 4 years. I got on suboxone at first without insurance and had to pay $7 per pill for 90 pills per month plus Dr. fees, which cost a lot per month just to stay clean. I've since gotten great insurance which allows me to get all my suboxone for free and I have a lot of extra suboxone scripts left over. I am willing to help anybody out who wants to get clean but doesn't have the funds to do it. Send me a PM.

There is no such qualification as "pain specialist" in the medical field.

@faceyfaceface its sad. it really is for things like this to happen in every town and everyday. but one thing is i learned its never to late to quit untill that long black limosine takes you home one last time. theres always time to get off of oxy. i quit a 600 mg daily dose by using suboxone for a couple of weeks through the hardest part then i toughed out the rest. im 8 weeks clean now. im in constant pain but at least im not abusing no more. good luck

i used to get them @ a place called 1 stop pain clinic. 90% of the ppl there were so wiped out of there trees that they all were nodding out mostly with there eyes rolling in the back of there head or just knocked out cold it was a nightmare. when i would go outside there would always be a joneser dripping with the sweats begging me to sell to them @ 45buck$ a pill . P.S STAY AWAY FROM THESE THINGS there pure evil

@faceyfaceface its sad. it really is for things like this to happen in every town and everyday. but one thing is i learned its never to late to quit untill that long black limosine takes you home one last time. theres always time to get off of oxy. i quit a 600 mg daily dose by using suboxone for a couple of weeks through the hardest part then i toughed out the rest. im 8 weeks clean now. im in constant pain but at least im not abusing no more. good luck
