Wow i have been drinking water as my mean beverage for years now. So I am sure I drink water only at least 300 days or more out of every year. I am happy you are doing this your body will love it.

@mylaylay18 I never measured how much water I drink per year before, but I try to drink a least 1/2 gal. per day, some days more or less. At the moment I am drinking green smoothies with kale, chard, banana, pear, dates and an apple. But I never drink sodas, coffee, beer etc. I do drink fruit juices & teas sometimes. But most of the time I just drink water. When I drink a beverage it has to be something healthy. I don't know how people drink soda it feels like acid/poison to me.

I just came oof the the Daniel fast last month. Rightnw there is Rice Milkd and Orange Juice inteh fridge. I would join but I have to get my iron back up to par. I been drinking fresh beet/fruit juice every day. I wish you thebest.

i'm thinking that the glass either already had an undetectable crack in it...and maybe the spoon hit it while you were stirring the drink, causing it to gradually split apart...
@vddavis123 That's a good guess..thing is, the glass was brand new, no cuts. Another thing is that this has happened before with a glass cup and the same mixture so it has to be the chemicals or something, ya know? I am joining you. I was just thinking about Lent but this is right now! Wow! I'm in. Girl, you sure know how to challenge me! :-) This is going to require lots of strength. I must be realistic and know that I will probably have a soda depending on my meal. Some things I just need a carbonated drink with but I promise I will try to be 100%. OMG!
@thecreativelady LOL - Yes!!! I think it will be easier than you think if you come prepared. Always have your water with you and you'll never have to worry about not having any when it counts. I LOVE juice and soda (and milkshakes, tea, etc.) but I can go a little overboard at times. I can drink 3 straight glasses of juice in an hour while it takes me an entire day to drink 3 glasses of water lol. Now, since I removed the tempting stuff, water is all I'm drinking and it's ALL GOOD! :-) TALK SOON
Okay so I decied to not have cereal this morning so I won't drink the milk. I'm adding to this the goal of drinking half my body wieght in oz of water so I want to make sure I drink at least 8 oz with each meal. I pretty much only drink water but not enough. I will comment on this video each day so I am held accountable. Thanks for the challenge.

Hello! Mylaylay18. I started drinking nothing but water years ago in trying to slim down. soda's will make your stomach hang over. My only down fall is sometimez I drink soda's on the weekend and I need to stop doing that. I go strong all week long and the weekend I do bad.

So, I allowed myself a few months to just splurge in all my favorite drinks and junk foods lol. Now, I'm ready to get it together again and get back on track. I will do my best on this challenge...I still have some tempting items in the fridge and I cannot resist a glass of wine if I go out, but I do need to kick start my workout and healthier eating plan so let me sit here a minute and get myself together. This is always tough for me.

I used to hate water but found when I started w/loss I couldn't get enough. When I'm not in that zone I find it hard to drink but may join u on this one. Good luck!

@NzuriMahoganySoul Great! The water temperature is completely up to you. The point is to commit to only drinking water as the beverage with your meals...then, as we get into the 30 days I'll share things with you all that I've learned to keep us motivated, etc. :-)

This is pretty much the same thing I came up with so I guess it's the closest answer? lol I also thought that maybe the fiber in the glass expands and then cracks the glass. This isn't the first time I had this mixture in a glass where the glass just broke for no reason. lol
When you say WATER ONLY do you mean without food? I've actually been considering a water only fast to kick start, what I'm considering, a personal healthier living challenge. Trying to get at least 20 days of some serious behavior and thought modification under my belt, before incorporating food again. In any event, I'm interested
@fatchickskinny Thanks for your question! I made some updates to the title and description. Since this is the beginning, I'm just focusing on water only as the beverage that you drink with ANY food. After that 30 days, we'll move into specific foods/ingredients/etc. or whatever time tells :-)
Well I will have to say I'm in... because that is all I drink anyway!! lol I will have the occasional glass of wine... but i can cut that out for 30 days..

I'm going to join you in this challenge. I'm going to use my daughters ipod to make my videos. This is a small sacrafice to put me on the road to eating more healthy. And I will admit I love my soy chai latte from starbucks but i've been trying to ween myself off ... thanks. see ya soon

I used to hate water but found when I started w/loss I couldn't get enough. When I'm not in that zone I find it hard to drink but may join u on this one. Good luck!

@DollyMat Hey there! Nice to hear from you. Maybe if you start drinking the water, you'll be inspired to exercise? Just a thought. I am the same way with water...I drink a lot more when I'm active. When I'm sedentary, I don't drink as much. Lately, I've been drinking my water though and I feel so good about it. My next step after this journey will be exercise and food. Hope you do decide to join in and hope you keep in touch!

@NzuriMahoganySoul Great! The water temperature is completely up to you. The point is to commit to only drinking water as the beverage with your meals...then, as we get into the 30 days I'll share things with you all that I've learned to keep us motivated, etc. :-)

This is pretty much the same thing I came up with so I guess it's the closest answer? lol I also thought that maybe the fiber in the glass expands and then cracks the glass. This isn't the first time I had this mixture in a glass where the glass just broke for no reason. lol

When you say WATER ONLY do you mean without food? I've actually been considering a water only fast to kick start, what I'm considering, a personal healthier living challenge. Trying to get at least 20 days of some serious behavior and thought modification under my belt, before incorporating food again. In any event, I'm interested

@fatchickskinny Thanks for your question! I made some updates to the title and description. Since this is the beginning, I'm just focusing on water only as the beverage that you drink with ANY food. After that 30 days, we'll move into specific foods/ingredients/etc. or whatever time tells :-)
