im psyched for shaman cata pvp.

Flame shock ticks eliminate remaining lava burst cd, 20% chance per tick.

move while casting. 10 sec. 3 min cd.

lightning bolt /chain lightning reduce the cd on ele mastery by 3 sec every time cast.

and lava burst basically has a lightning overload now. the cd doesnt get in the way.
