another thing: respect to the city fathers for (at least when vid was made) not sticking commercials on trolleybuses! i have a feeling commercials degrade the dignity of public transport, and make it look cheap and inferior to private cars... how many people would like a commercial on their car?
anyway, a beautiful sight, both trolleybuses without commercials, and their red color!

We've been to Budapest, it was a wounderful time. I love the weather. It was about 5-10C in January. We stay a week opposit of we plan staying 2 days. It was a bargain staying at Budapest centre. We stay at Hotel Thomas it was the best hotel and the closest where I've been to to at Budapest. Their website is: hotelthomas .eu It was just 24€/night.

The ziu 9 has the most comfotable seats. I love trolley buses, I hope, when they discard the ziu 9's( planning it for almost 10 years now ), then they will keep those lovely seats...
Good video, with a lot of information about types and models. Greyish weather though, and how empty the streeets of this city seem to be ! Waiting at the trolleybus stop in the park must be boring

I just don't know, what are they good for, if BKv has ordenary buses too... oh and another thing I don't quite understand: The old type ZIU trolleys were much more beautiful then the ZIU 9 types I think... why does development cross out aesthetics?
hi , Budapest is a beautiful city with a lovely trolleybus system to match. since I was there they have had new trolleybuses delivered and I believe an extension of one route. good for them .... Trolleybuses Rule !!
The trolleybus on 2:06 is made in the USSR.

Amik most közlekednek nem (Ganz). A régi 100as pályaszámúak viszont igen.

A small mistake, the low-floor articulated trolleybus is an Ikarus-Kiepe 435T, not a 412T
