this Product I have designed is not that definiton:it works very well,it a WILD RIDE,and very practical,you simple turn magnet on/off to hold and release and you can remove the chair from scootair to use as everyday mobility not quit sure what you mean by this comment. as for being common theres nothing like this in the WORLD.
