Ennis Haywood was my downstairs neighbor at one time before he moved away to Dallas to play for the cowboys. He and his wife were very nice to us. I was 10-11 years old, living with my parents, didn't really speak English, and didn't know anything about football. It wasn't until his death showed up on the news that I actually realized how important of a player he was to ISU.
