@Gred922 Evo x is hand built in Japan. Its more like the other way around: the Lancer is a detuned and US built FWD Evo. Might never be as awesome as a GT-R but certainly isnt "crap".

@EVOman928 Thank you. Also note that this was all on stock motor with cams. Dont forget clutch, oil cooler etc upgrades. We keep it safe, this was only 15psi. We run 18psi on 91 octane and make about 380WHP on our dyno. Probably 450WHP on a disneyjet.

the gtr is not a hard car to beat with a modded evo in a straight line its when there is turns involved when the evo needs works like I havt beaten 2 gtr's thru turns but my driving skills are alot higher thans there's put an equal driver and it would have been different

There's been a lot of talk on the Evo forums. Looks like a good amount of Evo owners were also GT-R R35 owners. GT-R's definitely going to handle better in higher speeds though, I guess for me, the best I can compare to is my friend's Civic Si vs my G35 where my car still feels smooth at 135MPH and his Civic feeling like it's going to break into pieces. Not saying the Evo will, but just stating they're both completely different rides. I've been in both, never drove them.. but there's a big diff.

Not a hater of Evos, I plan on trading in my G35 for an Evo X GSR WW soon. :] But there's three Evo X owners that used to own a GT-R on the forums, and they all said they would go back to the GT-R if they could, and pay the $8-10k/yr maintenance fee. I guess they drove it like a daily driver, lol!

This EVO X is running GT3582R @ 15psi, low boost 91 octane tune, 352WHP.

We just tuned it with 24psi, uploading !!!

Turn up that damn boost baby! I'm running 25 psi and putting out 298 on 1.0 correction factor dyno dynamics dyno without full bolt-ons, I know you guys can get into the 500whp range. How is the spool up? Did you loose about 1k of low end spool and gain it up top?

We did 466WHP @ 24 psi and left it there as the motor is all stock. Our goal was 600crank HP and its done. 500WHP is doable with 28-29psi but need to check the intake temps to avoid overheating. You cant push the car at its limits unless you have a spare block :)
