The use of other types of federal $ (for abortion) was authorized on p. 110 ("Nothing in this Act shall be contrued...").

To accurately do that, she would need to say "I am pro-choice to kill the human fetus/unborn baby." >And "pro-life = anti-choice"? Not an entirely true representation. Before we start a pregnancy (before we "reproduce"), we all have the "choice" of when (whether) to have sex and whether to use prevention.
