I went to the movie wizard and captured from there. Then in video & audio capture settings, I have RGB24 with 32x240 (Default) selected. Also tick audio preview via USB. Haven't perfected settings yet but this is how this run was done. As demonstrated by a different YT video, I will be trying all this with 3 RCA splitters so I can play on my TV while recording.
