whoever put this up is a bloody dummy. dont the igbos benefit fromthe resources of other regions. and why are u crying more than the bereaved. is it your oil.
Fuk. I choose to be Ijaw although I have a bit of Igbo in me and that does not mean every Ijaw has that Igbo blood. Ijaw land remains Ijaw land and will for ever be Ijaw land. Period. I am a bonafide Ijaw by every standard.
Anyway thats your choice but appreciate that others have their own choice. Youre entitled to your own opinion and it remains yours. Similarly Asari Dokubo , Jonathan Goodluck etc. are not less entitled than you so We hope you can grasp that. Can you respect their own choice to side/identify with Igbo? Where we don't agree we go our separate ways. Your bias against the Igbo is obvious even when things are a lot more complicated than you claim. Igbo do not balkanise Igbo so stop the false talk.
@Okoroman Bro. you still do not get the point. This is not an individual thing. This is about my people and their land. ASARI OR JONATHAN CAN CLAIM TO BE IGBO like I can claim to Igbo too BUT Igbo people can not claim Ijaw people to be Igbo and claim Ijaw land to be BIAFRA.iF THERE IS AN iJAW CONSENSUS THAT Ijaws are not going to be BIAFRA that would be welcome. Igbo people need to start understanding that Ijaws are a different Ethnic group and will never be cajoled in to being Biafra.
Frank Opugo who was an Ijaw man and he came up with the name Biafra for the first republic. Check the records. No body is forcing anybody but Biafra is socio-political structure just like an ecosystem and if you want to separate Ijaw, Igbo who are blood related for thousands of years from each other it is like damaging the forest that normally has many diffferent trees that make up that forest. One type of tree does not make a forest. This is how complex that ND region is. Check your family.
The people in Eastern region (SE) and some parts of Western (SW) and Northern region are so intertwined. Yes Nigerian politics and map makers divided these people. You do damage by trying to separate them at now because we should know who the real enemies are. Nonetheless if Ijaw want their own separate enclave then so be it and boundaries can be redrawn. You are free to pursue another agenda. You don't have to go with this program but don't claim or simplify the Niger delta and deny others.
The Nigerian government under the control of the Norther muslims deliberately tried to liquidate what one may normally refer to as the Igbo so Killayut your agenda at this time is taken as an anti-Igbo sentiment. People changed their identity. A person from that region (whether you call it Eastern region or Niger delta) who knows who his real enemies are won't be talking like you. "Ikwerre is not Igbo" talk is no accident but everything about Ikwerre sounds, looks and stinks like typical Igbo.
There is identity crisis. When you hear Ogoni you would immediately think Niger delta, right?
They are part of the Niger delta. However, under the new leadership of MOSSOP we now hear that they are not part of Niger delta. There is a way to look at it: The Hausa-Fulani sucessfully divided the peoples in that region, but these people have a lot more in common than you may think. This is however in contrast to their relationship with the Hausa-Fulani muslims from far away up north.
Vanguard - Ogonis are not Niger Deltans and we want our own state out of Rivers State — MOSOP - Nigerian Vanguard, Jun 14, 2009
"THE Ogoni people of Rivers State do not want to be addressed as Niger Delta people because “we are not”. They also want political autonomy, which translates to having their own state."
So Killayut here are some questions for you . Is Ogoni part of the Niger delta or not? When your answer is "Yes" then should we then say that you are balkanizing Ogoniland? When your answer is "No" should we then say that this is the Liquidation of the Niger delta, Or should we say that you are denying the Ogoni? Do you see that it not such a straight forward answer because every answer can be matched with a fight response? The best answer: Ogoni will decide, but until then know your enemies
@Okoroman Like I said . Ogoni geographically is not part of the Niger delta.. Politically the Ogonis can choose to be part of a Niger delta arrangement or not. Niger Delta is not a political entity but a GEOGRAPHICAL region. and Ogoni is never Balkanized. Ijaws have always been the only Balkanized Race in Nigeria and Yorubas of the AFONJA area where they were forced in to AREWA . If Igbos try to include the entire Ijaw land in to its call Ijaws might see some reason to join them.
@Killayut Your answer is quite funny. You weren't asked what Ogoni can choose, but whether or not Ogoni is part of Niger delta. As stated earlier, any of your responses can be matched with a fight as response whether you choose to call it geographically or politically, so try to get this point. Where is the Niger and where is the delta? Ogoniland is a 404-square-mile (1,050 km2) region in the southeast of the Niger Delta basin. So what do you mean by geographically not part of the Niger-delta?
@Okoroman Bro the truth is always funny when it goes contrary to what people think. Check your geography again to see the tributories of the Niger Delta. The Bonny River is the only link at the Ogoni side that gets its route from the River Niger. The Imo River flows from interior Imo land and not from the river Niger. So Ogoni is far from it But Then Niger Delta or no Niger Delta I am after Ijaw land and not after Ogoni or Igbo.
You chase after anything but try redrawing boundaries to separete these peoples and see if it won't amount to chasing after inter-communal conflict when the real enemies are Hausa fulani jihadists. If Asari is 40% Igbo, you are 50, while Jonathan says he is [others yet to say], what's the probability that the whole of that region is not Igbo or mixed Igbo? Who then qualifies to disqualify You, Asari, Jonathan [ & others] from access to Igboland (assuming you knew where Igboland starts & stops)?
So looking at it from the perspective of one who considers you to be one of his own, such a person first of all doesn't qulaify to disqualify you. Secondly he should not be keen on watching you inflict harm on yourself (his own) by you disqualifying yourself due to short sighted goals. The probelm he will face will be if there's the need to repsond to persons as yourself who deny their identity as one can not force you to belong. He will of course respond when you claim that you are balkanized.
@Killayut You are indeed funny. There is no such thing as "tributaries of the Niger delta". There are the tributaries of the Niger River and then there is the delta. A tributary is small streams or rivers that join to form a larger one. A delta is where a river ends and merges with a larger body of water. Ogoniland is rich in fertile soil since it is at the mouth of the Niger River, so if you refer to an area as Niger-delta then Ogoni is in the Niger delta because Ogoniland is part of the delta.
If you then want to go by the criteria "tributaries of the Niger River" then you are speaking of an area around the river that extends as far back to Guinea where the Niger River flows from. The Niger River flows through Guinea, Mali, Niger, and Nigeria ending in the atlantic ocean. You are then speaking of Benin Republic, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger Republic, included in your nation "based on tributaires"[?]
So Killayut it is the other way round. Geographically, Ogoniland should be in a place you call Niger delta (because you said N**** DELTA) , but politcally it may be excluded from "an area" you choose to call the Niger delta. You might want to go by a criteria using the area of "tributaries of the Niger River" WITHIN NIGERIA, EXCLUDING THE DELTA, but then you shouldn't call it Niger-DELTA because you bring in confusion. The confusion becomes more plausible since the peoples are already linked.
Plus again Ogoni is the Niger delta because the Niger River pours into the Atlantic Ocean and makes the delta, since a delta is where a river ends (In this case the Niger River) and joins with the larger body of water (in this case the Atlantic Ocean). The Niger and the delta are together because the Niger pouring into the Atlantic ocean makes the delta.
How is Niger delta "not a political entity" yet "politcally the Ogoni can choose to be part of a Niger delta arrangement"? Geography (ie the proximity of the people) may define the politcs too and especially in the case of Ogoni who are geographically in the Niger delta contrary to your claim. It would probably have been this geography/proximity that got these people involved socially and politically with each other in the first place, assuming they are much different in blood and culture .
@Killyut. How is Niger Delta according to you "not a politcal entity" yet according to you again " Biafra was coined by an Ijaw man for A Niger Delta republic excluding Igbo land"? The thought of a republic there sounds and smells like a political entity, and the excluding Igbo-land (assuming you knew where Igboland starts and ends) sounds and smells like more politics. Are you still denying that Igbo are part of Niger delta, if not the whole Niger delta?
Are you still denying the Igbo and your identity? If Asari is 40% Igbo, you are 50%, while Jonathan says he is too [others yet to say] while no one is pointing a gun on your heads, what is the probability that the whole of that region is not Igbo or mixed Igbo? Who then qualifies to make claims to being Igbo or "more[?] Igbo to exclude others from being Igbo? Should any "full"[?] Igbo be keen on excluding "non-full"[?] Igbo? What is the meaning/sense of 50% or 40% Igbo but being Ijaw?
@Killayut Trying to understand your reasoning: So supposing for the sake of arguing we agree according to you that "Politically" Ogoni can choose to be part of the Niger delta but "geographically" are not part of the Niger delta, can the Igbo also "politically" choose to be part of the Niger delta and do you think that they too are not "geographically" part of the Niger delta? What is your criteria for participation or belonging here?
@Okoroman Taking politics out of it. the Ogonis are not in the Niger delta.. Niger delta is not a political entity but regional. No Niger delta tributory runs through Ogoni land. The Southern minorities can come up with a political arrangement and call it a name. Niger delta could also be adopted for such a name but geographically Ogoni land does not fall in the Niger delta. Today due to Naija ugly politics the entire Ondo state and even Edo are also grouped in the Niger delta .
@Okoroman Thank you for educating me on that. Although I knew Biafra was coined by an Ijaw man for A Niger Delta republic excluding Igbo land I never knew his name.. The problem I have / had with Igbos is their hatred for the Ijaws especially for the Kalabaris which I am. Half of Bakana people were killed by Igbo Biafran troops and every Bakana man still nurse that.. If the Igbos apologise for that atrocity they might win Ijaw heart. They should not try to cajole Ijaws or use force.
"The problem you have/had" The whole peoples of that region are facing crises and genocide. The sooner you people realize this and work together the better for you. Whether you take it or not, you are blood related and your originally elstablished close relationship & blood ties with each other was/is in total contrast with the Northern muslims who have ruled Nigeria, and abused you and even their own people for 40 yrs +. The Igbo's problem is not the Ijaw. The Ijaw's problem is not the Igbo.

The guy is so stupid. He wants BUGUMA, ABONNEMA, DEGEMA, BONNY and OKRIKA to be under BIAFRA and he never mentioned the AROGBO IJAWS, EGBEMA IJAWS, NEMBE IJAWS, YENEGOA IJAWS..... AND THE OGBE IJAWS OF WARRI. how is that going to happen.. IS THIS NOT ANOTHER IGNORANT GREEDY igbo fool like OJUKWU who wants to balkanize Ijaw people. ?
Pay attention. The speaker has said "all the people living WITHIN the geographical area extending from Warri/Sapele in the west to Calabar/Ikom/Ogoja in the east, and from Opobo/Bonny in the south, to Enugu/Ezike/Ikem in the north." It will be impractical to mention every community. The criteria used is somewhat satisfactory although boundaries may be revised. Killayut, you yourself failed to observe(or purposefully denied) the very significant presence of the Igbo in the Niger delta.
@Okoroman There are Igbos in The Niger Delta as adopted indigenes. There are obviously no Igbo founded Communities in the NIGER DELTA unless the DELTA is defined otherwise. Rivers state for instance is not wholly a Niger Delta state. Only half of it falls in the Niger Delta. We should not use the ugly politics of Nigeria to define natural facts.
If Asari Dokubo (known popularly as Ijaw) can tell you that he is 40% Igbo, then any neutral observer can perhaps see a problem/bias with your reasoning? How then do Igbo want to balkanize Igbo? If Asari Dokubo says with his own mouth that he is 40% Igbo, (and without a gun pointed at his head) then he is Igbo, then any such talk as yours is a product of nigeria's anti-Igbo policy, and its sown seed of division amongst these blood and culturaly related peoples.
@Okoroman ASARI Dokubo is a single individual and I am sure he is not more Igbo than I am. Now cos I am half Igbo and an Ijaw does not mean every Ijaw is Half Igbo. Besides, Asari does not represent the Ijaw people . He is rather a self styled gang leader.. Okoroman some times I tend to respect you but with this one ,Bro you goofed.
@Okoroman i dont know what you mean by hate. if saying the truth is hate then let it be. i nevet attacked Igbo i only said the truth about ijaws. That Ijaw is not igbo and igbo is not ijaw and ijaw fight and trouble is not any igbo problem. thats not hating on igbos. we ijaws just want you igbos to leave us alone.
Who is holding u down? You yourself and others admit that you are Igbo so what's the "We Ijaw" all about?
“I am here to inform the people of the South East that I and Vice President Namadi Sambo are vying for presidency and to seek the support of the South East zone. This same person is an Igbo-Hater. Kilayut is clearly the product of the Hausa-Fuani & Yoruba anti-Igbo program.
@Killayut MEND even acklowledge Igbo as Niger delta
The YCE should be the ones apologizing to us after their son; Olusegun Obasanjo wiped out Odi with innocent civilians and stole our commonwealth as Minister of Petroleum ... Is the OPC threatening to attack any Niger Deltan or particular state or tribe there? We have Itsekiris, Isokos, Urhobos, Ijaws, Ibibio, Igbos, Efiks, so who do they plan on attacking first?" - Jomo Gbomo . Daily Sun Newspapers Wednesday July 22, 2009
Ijaw and any other people that call themselves a separate ethnicity will allign with whoever they wish to allign with, however it is important to remember that Asari Dokubo (and even Jonathan Goodluck) popularly known as Ijaw says he is Igbo, so you may not stop hating the Igbo but your bias is clear. Your father was perhaps bribed, cajouled, or threatened to lie you, or you deliberately claim a false Identity since you want to display too much ignorance about the Igbo. Check with your familes.
@Okoroman We only come in when ever any Igbo group tend to add Ijaw in their fight. They have every right to fight for Igbo interest but absolutely have no right to ADD Ijaw to their struggle.. Any Ijaw individual has the right to claim what ever he wants any way but such a claim would not mean every Ijaw is half this and that. Ijaw land remains Ijaw land and Igbos should know in time that no Inch of Ijaw land will be in BIAFRA any day.

Igbos of Imo state, Anambra, state, Enugu state, Ebonyi state, Abia state should stop claiming Rivers state towns. They are not from Rivers state. Rivers state people are not being deprived of their settlements. Ikwere towns remain for the Ikwere people. Etche towns remain Etche land just as Kalabari, Okrika, Ogoni, Andoni, Abua, Ibani, Ekpeye, Engenni towns remain theirs. if Any of them claim Igbo so be it.
"The people wanted a COR state from the East. There is nothing wrong with that, but Gowon created two to emasculate the East and gave Rivers even Port Harcourt which till today is the bone of contention because Port Harcourt is Igbo. Everybody, knows it. There are other places (like Eberiomma etc) Igbo areas given out to people of other ethnic groups. Can you imagine it?"
"And to talk of one Nigeria. The man told us when he came to power that there was no basis for Nigerian unity and then he made a volte face and became the architect of the war of unity. Isnt that contradictory in terms? So, Nigeria has too many complexities to talk about." Ben Gbulie
@Okoroman Port Harcourt is not a one town city. The first axis was borokiri land given to the British by the Okrikas and it was just a 3 miles long land. Today Port Harcourt includes, Eleme ( Ogoni ) Abuloma ( Okrika ) Borokiri ( Okrika) Diobu ( Rebisi) Port Harcourt city itself ( Okrika ) and the Northern new settlements today which are all Ikwere land. There is no Igbo unless the Ikweres claim to be Igbo.
@Killayut my friend listen why are you talking like that because iam from rivers state under ikwere etchie and we are part of igbo tribes and iam proud to be part of ibos. it is better to be parts of ibos than part of housers yoruba or fulani.
@mrnolove1 Bro I feel you but honestly the Igbo people do not really like others. All they want is to claim us for their own good and development. They do not care if Ijaw is divided in to two with the eastern Ijaws under Igbo and the rest under Yoruba.. We eastern Ijaws will remain Ijaws.
Asari Dokubo is Igbo. Similarly, Jonathan Goodluck says he is Igbo. Read the newspapers. The question then is Who isn't Igbo? or rather Who is it that hold claim to what/who is Igbo? My friend you are suffering from complete ignorance or bias. Those who are Igbo know that they are Igbo, and they have told you so, so where is the problem? It is however a pity if you are and you don't know you are, or if you purposefully deny your identity. Mrnolove1 knows, and has indeed given you the facts.
@Okoroman Only Ignorants talk about Port Harcourt. Port Harcourt that they know is not the Port Harcourt in contention. Port harcourt is not any Rumu village. It is not Ogidigban. It is not woji, It is not Oyigbo, It is not Elelenwa, It is not Choba. It is not even Diobu. Port harcourt is just about 5 miles long and just 2 miles wide with no Igbo ELEMENT.
@Okoroman Even the Ikweres of Rivers state have denied being Igbos so why are the Igbos of Enugu, Abia, Imo, Anambra and Ebonyi trying to get from Rivers state politics / Why dont they want to leave us alone ? Ikweres and Ijaws of Rivers state do not have any problem and have never had any problem in history till the Igbos came.

Infact when i heard the voice of okoroman, i began to undersand what is going on. Till now, the yorubars always see us as their enemies but i did not kn so that's why if you ask any of them for a favour,t hey will not do. Thank you okoroman but i being a racist and proud of my region i have never communicated with bad ppl like these mentioned above.
Itsekiri can be classified as Yoruba but honestly they don't want to be and frankly they are not but related.
Bini are not Yoruba. Don't make such a dumb mistake.
Niger delta is not an ethnic group so folks should speak for their respective ethnic groups not all of us jare. The last time I checked Efik, Igbo, Ijaw, Ogoni are all different ppl that make up ND. I am partly 2 of one of those ethnic nations and I want Biafra so who told you ND is not part of Biafra? btw!! What is ND?

Igbo people need to start understanding that Ijaws are a different Ethnic group and will never be cajoled in to being Biafra.
Killayut 1 year ago
Frank Opugo who was an Ijaw man and he came up with the name Biafra for the first republic. Check the records. No body is forcing anybody but Biafra is socio-political structure just like an ecosystem and if you want to separate Ijaw, Igbo who are blood related for thousands of years from each other it is like damaging the forest that normally has many diffferent trees that make up that forest. One type of tree does not make a forest. This is how complex that ND region is. Check your family.
Okoroman 1 year ago
The people in Eastern region (SE) and some parts of Western (SW) and Northern region are so intertwined. Yes Nigerian politics and map makers divided these people. You do damage by trying to separate them at now because we should know who the real enemies are. Nonetheless if Ijaw want their own separate enclave then so be it and boundaries can be redrawn. You are free to pursue another agenda. You don't have to go with this program but don't claim or simplify the Niger delta and deny others.
Okoroman 1 year ago
The Nigerian government under the control of the Norther muslims deliberately tried to liquidate what one may normally refer to as the Igbo so Killayut your agenda at this time is taken as an anti-Igbo sentiment. People changed their identity. A person from that region (whether you call it Eastern region or Niger delta) who knows who his real enemies are won't be talking like you. "Ikwerre is not Igbo" talk is no accident but everything about Ikwerre sounds, looks and stinks like typical Igbo.
Okoroman 1 year ago

Okoroman 1 year ago
So Killayut here are some questions for you . Is Ogoni part of the Niger delta or not? When your answer is "Yes" then should we then say that you are balkanizing Ogoniland? When your answer is "No" should we then say that this is the Liquidation of the Niger delta, Or should we say that you are denying the Ogoni? Do you see that it not such a straight forward answer because every answer can be matched with a fight response? The best answer: Ogoni will decide, but until then know your enemies
Okoroman 1 year ago
@Okoroman Like I said . Ogoni geographically is not part of the Niger delta.. Politically the Ogonis can choose to be part of a Niger delta arrangement or not. Niger Delta is not a political entity but a GEOGRAPHICAL region. and Ogoni is never Balkanized. Ijaws have always been the only Balkanized Race in Nigeria and Yorubas of the AFONJA area where they were forced in to AREWA . If Igbos try to include the entire Ijaw land in to its call Ijaws might see some reason to join them.
Killayut 1 year ago
@Killayut Your answer is quite funny. You weren't asked what Ogoni can choose, but whether or not Ogoni is part of Niger delta. As stated earlier, any of your responses can be matched with a fight as response whether you choose to call it geographically or politically, so try to get this point. Where is the Niger and where is the delta? Ogoniland is a 404-square-mile (1,050 km2) region in the southeast of the Niger Delta basin. So what do you mean by geographically not part of the Niger-delta?
Okoroman 1 year ago
As stated earlier the boundaries of the New Biafra can be revised and the map can be redrawn.
Okoroman 1 year ago
@Okoroman Bro the truth is always funny when it goes contrary to what people think. Check your geography again to see the tributories of the Niger Delta. The Bonny River is the only link at the Ogoni side that gets its route from the River Niger. The Imo River flows from interior Imo land and not from the river Niger. So Ogoni is far from it But Then Niger Delta or no Niger Delta I am after Ijaw land and not after Ogoni or Igbo.
Killayut 1 year ago
You chase after anything but try redrawing boundaries to separete these peoples and see if it won't amount to chasing after inter-communal conflict when the real enemies are Hausa fulani jihadists. If Asari is 40% Igbo, you are 50, while Jonathan says he is [others yet to say], what's the probability that the whole of that region is not Igbo or mixed Igbo? Who then qualifies to disqualify You, Asari, Jonathan [ & others] from access to Igboland (assuming you knew where Igboland starts & stops)?
Okoroman 1 year ago
So looking at it from the perspective of one who considers you to be one of his own, such a person first of all doesn't qulaify to disqualify you. Secondly he should not be keen on watching you inflict harm on yourself (his own) by you disqualifying yourself due to short sighted goals. The probelm he will face will be if there's the need to repsond to persons as yourself who deny their identity as one can not force you to belong. He will of course respond when you claim that you are balkanized.
Okoroman 1 year ago
@Killayut You are indeed funny. There is no such thing as "tributaries of the Niger delta". There are the tributaries of the Niger River and then there is the delta. A tributary is small streams or rivers that join to form a larger one. A delta is where a river ends and merges with a larger body of water. Ogoniland is rich in fertile soil since it is at the mouth of the Niger River, so if you refer to an area as Niger-delta then Ogoni is in the Niger delta because Ogoniland is part of the delta.
Okoroman 1 year ago
If you then want to go by the criteria "tributaries of the Niger River" then you are speaking of an area around the river that extends as far back to Guinea where the Niger River flows from. The Niger River flows through Guinea, Mali, Niger, and Nigeria ending in the atlantic ocean. You are then speaking of Benin Republic, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger Republic, included in your nation "based on tributaires"[?]
Okoroman 1 year ago
So Killayut it is the other way round. Geographically, Ogoniland should be in a place you call Niger delta (because you said N**** DELTA) , but politcally it may be excluded from "an area" you choose to call the Niger delta. You might want to go by a criteria using the area of "tributaries of the Niger River" WITHIN NIGERIA, EXCLUDING THE DELTA, but then you shouldn't call it Niger-DELTA because you bring in confusion. The confusion becomes more plausible since the peoples are already linked.
Okoroman 1 year ago
Plus again Ogoni is the Niger delta because the Niger River pours into the Atlantic Ocean and makes the delta, since a delta is where a river ends (In this case the Niger River) and joins with the larger body of water (in this case the Atlantic Ocean). The Niger and the delta are together because the Niger pouring into the Atlantic ocean makes the delta.
Okoroman 1 year ago
How is Niger delta "not a political entity" yet "politcally the Ogoni can choose to be part of a Niger delta arrangement"? Geography (ie the proximity of the people) may define the politcs too and especially in the case of Ogoni who are geographically in the Niger delta contrary to your claim. It would probably have been this geography/proximity that got these people involved socially and politically with each other in the first place, assuming they are much different in blood and culture .
Okoroman 1 year ago
Okoroman 1 year ago
Are you still denying the Igbo and your identity? If Asari is 40% Igbo, you are 50%, while Jonathan says he is too [others yet to say] while no one is pointing a gun on your heads, what is the probability that the whole of that region is not Igbo or mixed Igbo? Who then qualifies to make claims to being Igbo or "more[?] Igbo to exclude others from being Igbo? Should any "full"[?] Igbo be keen on excluding "non-full"[?] Igbo? What is the meaning/sense of 50% or 40% Igbo but being Ijaw?
Okoroman 1 year ago
@Killayut Trying to understand your reasoning: So supposing for the sake of arguing we agree according to you that "Politically" Ogoni can choose to be part of the Niger delta but "geographically" are not part of the Niger delta, can the Igbo also "politically" choose to be part of the Niger delta and do you think that they too are not "geographically" part of the Niger delta? What is your criteria for participation or belonging here?
Okoroman 1 year ago
@Okoroman Taking politics out of it. the Ogonis are not in the Niger delta.. Niger delta is not a political entity but regional. No Niger delta tributory runs through Ogoni land. The Southern minorities can come up with a political arrangement and call it a name. Niger delta could also be adopted for such a name but geographically Ogoni land does not fall in the Niger delta. Today due to Naija ugly politics the entire Ondo state and even Edo are also grouped in the Niger delta .
Killayut 1 year ago
@Okoroman Thank you for educating me on that. Although I knew Biafra was coined by an Ijaw man for A Niger Delta republic excluding Igbo land I never knew his name.. The problem I have / had with Igbos is their hatred for the Ijaws especially for the Kalabaris which I am. Half of Bakana people were killed by Igbo Biafran troops and every Bakana man still nurse that.. If the Igbos apologise for that atrocity they might win Ijaw heart. They should not try to cajole Ijaws or use force.
Killayut 1 year ago
"The problem you have/had" The whole peoples of that region are facing crises and genocide. The sooner you people realize this and work together the better for you. Whether you take it or not, you are blood related and your originally elstablished close relationship & blood ties with each other was/is in total contrast with the Northern muslims who have ruled Nigeria, and abused you and even their own people for 40 yrs +. It will be impractical to mention every community. The criteria used is somewhat satisfactory although boundaries may be revised. Killayut, you yourself failed to observe(or purposefully denied) the very significant presence of the Igbo in the Niger delta.
Okoroman 1 year ago
@Okoroman There are Igbos in The Niger Delta as adopted indigenes. There are obviously no Igbo founded Communities in the NIGER DELTA unless the DELTA is defined otherwise. Rivers state for instance is not wholly a Niger Delta state. Only half of it falls in the Niger Delta. We should not use the ugly politics of Nigeria to define natural facts.

It is not necessary to start the blame game. Some of us did not know our history. Some of us still do not know the history. Of those who know the history, some fail to learn from this history, however through our efforts our people will be able to see.

I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer . . . be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. . . . Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee

Are these the rites perfomed by your bloodthirsty people before they go on a killing spree of Biafrans? Why do you want to stay in the saame country with a people you hate so much? Your demonic fabrications as always will lead to a certain end. Your avowed choice to embrace the truth or the lie have their irredeemable consequences.

I've been watching these videos for a while now and have experienced the full gamut of negative human emotions due to their content. It's not enough to just feel bad and talk about it, but what can we do? This is not like the 1960's where Biafra had military technology comparable to that of the Federal Republic. No, the FRN now has the capability, with its advanced weaponry and logistical information, to finish off any side of Nigeria at a whim. What can we do in the face of such odds?

It's not about who has more weapons but it's about organization and how weapons are strategically used.
