Something tells me that the Windows 98 shutdown sounds are not correct. I think that the sound used in the video was for closing one single window. I had a Windows 98 PC before 2003, when I got a Windows XP, and I think I remember having a different shutdown sound for the Windows 98 theme.

Almost everyone loathed Windows Vista but I had a laptop with Vista installed on it from Nov. 2007 to January 2010 and I never had any problems with it. So far Windows 7 is the best, but this netbook has Windows XP on it and so far it's fine, but Windows ME, in my opinion, was far shittier than Vista by a long, long shot!

@vgamesx1 When I get a computer with a certain OS pre-installed, what I do is, when the OS is new to me, I turn on the computer and spend hours exploring it, you know, the features it has, the folders, where everything is, the new programs, what they do, I spend 12+ hours playing around with everything till I get the hang of it and frankly I didn't get why people hated Vista so much they wanted to downgrade to XP. I was shocked. I like Vista, but I repeat, 7 is the best. Thanks for replying!

I give major credit to all of those who had the patience to sit through 0:00 - 6:15 with that annoying and repetitive 'celebration sound'.

I knew nothing about Windows Chicago, Memphis and Neptune.

I remember I had a computer with Windows ME installed on it and it was the shittiest OS ever. Every time the computer would start up and get to the desktop it would produce these stupid error messages and it wouldn't allow me to do anything on the damn machine so I switched to XP. This was in 2002.
