@finnchick59 This is a fact; it shouldn't be funny. We have a lots of poor unemployed people and students aren't funded strongly enough - so everyone can't live a luxury life. The video isn't staged(!), it's part of regular life of some finns who have to save money by using leftover or "easy on the pocket" ingredients.

yep and i think other country have same problem of not having money..,I remind you MY country,,ITALY hs worse unamplied problems then finland,plus WE DONT GET SUPPORT AT ALL like in finland from kela...but we can still cook with poor ingredient,,and not making this crap ready made food....cheap not equal. ready food,,,buy peruna,,,and minced meat and make liha pulla ja muusi,,,(not sure how to write)

sorry but i partially agree,if you take a package of jauhe lihaa and potato,its cheap or might be same as buying kalapuikko and some other ready food!so u can chose healtier with little price,but yet i agree also that many fresh ingredient especially vegetables and red meat, are expensier ..but when i lived alone,i couldnt afford to buy expensive food,but i can tell you anyone can afford some chicken legs that cost less then 2 euro

so all point is that i noticed that lot of young finns have no skill for making food and they are maybe lazy,,sorry but its pure truth,,so its not just about the money,,i didnt have much money and bought cheap food,most i bought chicken all the time,and frozen veggies,,thats not all fresh,but at least you know its as close as the fresh you an get!

@ritariassafani Ye to save money for fucking alcohol. Pasi Viheraho is drinking Alcohol all the time. Everyone non-finnish don't take any overall opinion on Finnish by just looking this, he's just drunk old guy who never cleans and he takes most of his foods from store's trashes because he wants to save money to alcohol. Everyone gets good amount of money to live here in Finland, not to luxury life but fucking NORMAL LIFE.
