The main problem with the size difference would be that many wiimote accessories (I.e.: The pistol) are made for the standard sized wiimotes.

im thinkin bout gettin the mini's cause my old 1's just stoped working & i need new 1's. do u play cod games? is it easer or harder 2 play with the mini remotes.

@danielherron57 Not much of a Cod fan, but I play Monster Hunter Tri! and those mini controllers where glitchy, I sold them.

Note: This wii mote glitches a lot, not sure if it'll do that to you, but the numchuck is fine, just the wii mote sucks.
