In Vermont the news is like "uh yea in the morning its gonna be low 50's with some clouds and wind, then its gonna clear up and be really hot at 95 degrees then its gonna start raining, which eventually it will get so cold in the low 30's itll start snowing a couple feet." I worked on a mountain for 8 weeks during one summer. It was 7000 feet, and it was so hard to breathe. On the plus side, since there's less oxygen, so your body's burning more calories working hard to stay alive. Sitting was like push ups or something. :D

Tons of new snow in Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, and the mountains of Oregon, Washington, and Northern Cali. It's normal for it to get snowy this time of year. You forget you are up at 5000 feet or more in much of Western Colorado, even in the valleys.
