@furzniak , if you avoid fighting one of the two other Blooper types, you can just fight Electro Blooper here. If you avoid both, you just have to take on Blooper.

It's not fair. You have to fight him to get the Mega Boots so you can go to CHPT 7... But he is so FRIGGIN' STRONG! >_>

I had a lot of hp my first playthrough as well. We all think more hp is better until we get our asses handed to us. :P

That's true.
I remember the first time I beat Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.
I had 90HP, 30FP, and 12BP. I didn't reconize the importantance of badges when I first beat the game :P
