its cause of the financial meltdown and the lending situation. When it improves it should get build maybe at the end of next year

From what I have read, the Foundation is 90-95% completed, just that they're going to stop at Street level.

the foundation is actually totally completed and utility works are still ongoing on and around the site. Just what happens after that is the question

well, yea, utilities and whatnot, but I'll say WE RISE OUT OF THE HOLE STARTING MARCH 2009.

The Farmer's Almanac (not sure if you get it in Germany) and the National Weather Service are predicting one of the worst winters on record EVER for Northern Illinois this year.
