  • just orderd a king 3 nice one muhuhahahahaha

  • Wtf you did with the antena?

  • Just bought a king 4 and have set up the blade tracking and checked over but as I am going light on the skids she is pulling left quite bad? I have adjusted the trim but it does'nt seem to work! Any clues or vids I can check bud?

  • i have 3ch 3d skytech m2 helicopter

  • AS I DO TO ACQUIRE 1 HELICOPTER OF THOSE, HUGS

    I LIVE IN BRAZIL

WE WILL MAKE A SOCIETY, I PLACE YOUR PRODUCTS TO SELL HERE AND YOU SELL ME

  • can u show your biggest helicopter on a video

  • Dear Ali, I am your one of fan. I am from Sri Lanka. I always follow your videos. Its really helpful.I do fly Belt CP V2. I have got 3 of them. Recently I purchased a Futaba 2.4 7c transmitter. But nobody is helping me to set up Throttle curve and Pitch curve. Can u plsssssssss help me on this. My email.... dum2red@yahoo.com

    Thanks,

    Duminda

  • where do I put my strap on my esky belt cp v2? I just can't find out.

  • @jensleeuw its for battery

  • @alishanmao yeah but how do I use it. I don't know how I can get my battery firm and secure so that it doesn't move in air. Maybe it's just very dum of me but i just can't find out where to put it. And the honeybee is different

  • @jensleeuw well you have to trick the Velcro to get around the battery somehow hehehe

  • dear ali .. i have noticed that not all remote controls for the same chopper look the same ,, also the outer package smtimes for ex, i have the same chopper but not as same as your transmitter. does that mean that dere r diffrent versions or diffrent titles of the same chopper.. and if any, does each slightly have diffrent specifications ?!!

  • @Ahmedmagdi if you are talking about ESKY helicopters, different remotes for different choppers or different remote for same chopper could simply mean an upgraded model

  • Thank you, very good information in this video! I just buy BELT CP V2 2.4GHz, iuts my second rc helicopter. First one is Nine Eagles Solo Pro V RTF 2.4GHz. Just learning to fly :)

Keep new videos coming! :) Thank you!

  • you see how short that grass is, needs to be or u got a tail prop full of it, with my direct drive blade cp pro it just bogs untill i give it enough juice to get in the air . i wonder if a belt or torque tube would break something in tall grass

  • hi there i was wondering i just got a HBK3 and afer the first flight trying to hover i tried to land it bounced not super hard but a little hard on the gound (i was in grass) anyways after that 3 servos stoped working is this normal that if they get bounced they stop working btw i wanted to add nothing else broke on it when it landed

  • @sudburysarah could be possible you think that is just a normal bounce but for heli it was a bad one ;) seems like CCPM system got bad shock. Well first off Check servo connections to receiver if they have got loose. Else replace the servos and have fun

  • @sudburysarah Did you get this going again?

I'm taking the idea that all 3 servos would just break simultaneously with a pinch of salt but I'm interested because I was about to get one of these. Thx.

  • ali you showed us the honeybee in this video but what about the belt cp v2?

is there another vid tht i didnt see or you didnt make another one?

  • @Aussieboys67 same tips can be used to prep heli like Belt CP or other helis.

  • how much are they and where do you get them from

  • @dreamer8m try hobby estore com and find out yourself

  • Nice video. thanks!

I just got exactly the same heli. regarding gyro, when i start flying, should i switch (from transmitter) to 1 or leave it at 0?

    thanks!

  • i want to upgrade from coaxial to fix pitch heli. which model u recommend, the belt cp or HBK 3? thanks..

  • Go Belt CP V2. you can easily convert it flybar less later :D

  • @kalelannuar Neither the Belt CP or HBK 3 are fixed pitch though! Better go with the Honey Bee FP2 instead if you want a fixed pitch helicopter.

When it comes to HBK3 and Belt CP2, the HBK3 is at least as good and usually cheaper. They're not beginner models though!!

  • what is gain and proportional?

  • Adjust proportion if your heli tends to yaw left or right. The gain is the sensitivity of the gyro. Turning it down lowers the ammount of correction you get from the gyro when something like wind pushes the tail. Having the gyro too high will cause it to over correct itself causing a tail wag.

  • i can't get my king 3 to hover in one place.could you give me some advise ?Thanks.

  • what are the problems you are facing to hover it? get a training kit and practice on simulator.

  • ok,thanks .

  • as far as i know HBK3 is a 400 series not a 500..!!

  • @itsnotfreeandnoteasy IT IS ACTUALLY A 400 SERIES INDEED HOWEVER ESKY THEMSELF CALL IT 500 SERIES, ITS JUST A NUMBER THEY USE TO CALL IT TO THEIR OWN SERIES.

  • @FastSpeedDemonRC No, Esky does call this a 450 heli. Their website follows the numbers they use for their products, not the usual size numbers.

The Esky 900 for example is not a 900 size heli, but a 600 serie size heli. Would be way too much of a difference.

Same goes for Honey Bee FP2, that's not a 500 series size helicopter, but a 300 size helicopter.

I'm not sure why Esky doesn't follow the usual size numbers instead, as this is confusing indeed. :)

  • Sounds like he were inhaling helios gases after documenting this note. So funny

  • I like his voice :)

  • Mucho gracias, Hombre. I'll keep it to 100m as adviced...right now it's just hopping around on trainers..lol.

  • keep working my man

  • thanks for doing these videos for us beginners, Man. good job. Q: i hv the FM controller when buying the esky cp2 and not the 2.4 ghz controls. I heard the fm has a smaller range, of about 200m versus 4 km on the 2.4ghz controller. Is that right?

  • mostly FM has 300 to 600 meters. but its always safe to fly helis around 100 meter else you can't see them clear and loose orientation. What is the use of 4 KM range if you can't see where is your heli. (which is not true) 2.4G usually has 1 Km or mostly 2km range.

  • wow man. I just wanted to say you are a very good speaker. Very clear.

  • Thank you :)

  • No way that HBK is a 500. That is a 400 / 450 series Heli.

Esky has a funny way of naming their helis. They have a 900 that is the same size as a 500

  • LOL totally agree with you. That is not only funny but way too confusing. I receive many emails every week about this :) and I have to explain that is just a name, not actual size :D

  • Nice tips man, thanks for this work. I currently have a Honey Bee FP quite upgraded which I already mastered.

In your opinion, besides the size, which one is better belt cp v2 or king 3, I'm still unsure which one i'll buy.

    thanks in advance

  • I'd say belt CPv2. its not just the size, its the better performance in windy days even :)

  • Do you recomend changing the ESC on the belt Cpv2 because I read that the overheat and catch fire easily. If you do then what ESC do you recomend as a replacement?

  • I never changed any thing on these. Always flew them 2 or 3 times using additional batteries. gave them few minutes to cool down the motor and flew again. never had any problems :D

  • hey do i hae t use a guage for the main roor or not cuz im geting my first 6ch 3d heli wtch is the new 2.4hz belt cp v2

  • Well that thing is for pros. ESKY 6 Channel are beginner 3D helis and you can easily set main rotor pitches by just looking at them

  • milliamps!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hey, I have a lama v3 for some time now but it´s pretty simple and i am considering buying a slightly more advanced model, is the king3 a good choice for me?

  • Yup, King 3 and or Belt CP2 are best choices at the moment.

  • Well i am only 12, and my first RC Helicopter was Honey Bee FP. I already crashed it on the 3rd flight :(. Was it a good choose for first helciopter. Well anyway good video 5 stars :)

  • thanks mate. for beginners the best thing is either getting a flight simulator like Realflight G3.5 and practice first or go for Coaxial helis :D

  • Thanks for the tip but do you fly nitro helicopters?

  • I flew my brothers TREX600 Nitro sometimes, but Never tried 3D on it as it's my brother's and I don't wanna crash it :D

  • Hehe, OK :)

  • you just kill me man all see how long it will take to get one of those babies!

  • hehehe, you will get them soon I am sure

  • One small tip Ali,before you plug your battery into the heli make sure the arial is all the way up on your TX,glad to see your vids are up again mate 5*

  • Thank you bro. I will keep that in mind and do that. I know you don't want your bro to get hurt by these babies. Cheers for great tip. :D

  • I thought i would just remind you as i'm sure you knew that any way and i did the same thing with one of my coaxial and nearly caught my fingers in the blades as it started to spin with the throttle all the way down lol, your right there is no way i would want that to happen to you my man with one of them bad boys.

  • yup very good advice. hey, just in few days I will upload a video of a new helicopter we are looking into. Shadow 3D 450 Pro. Full metal and if you hear the speed on the main rotor blade you will send me 10 emails to ask me to not to fly that thing that close to myself. That rotation on blades of Shadow 450 Can chop the head of easily :D lol. but that is one damn pro heli. check the vids soon.

  • thanks ma. very good info and flight! keep up the great work. 5 STARS i love the intro once again,u are on the right track!!! :-)

    -Tommy

  • Cheers and thanks for your kind comment, will work harder to bring better videos.

  • nice videos alishanmao. Keep it up, but there is somthing i wana ask you... When did you start whit RC cars/helis/airplanes and boats? :)

  • 3 years now :D Thanks for your comments mate

  • Good preflight vid Ali. Looks like you are getting pretty skilled on the video editing also! Keep up the good work. Looking forward to your flight videos :-)

  • sure they will be up soon. got a flight to catch tonight. Another business trip to check out some newly developed RC Car, truggies and Trucks :)

  • ali come on im still waiting to see you tear up the sky with these birds!!! :D

  • hahaha, well before yesterday we took them out and I did some 3D. Due to my practice n getting use to flight response, we ran out of battery but with remaining battery, I said what the hell and start doing rolls. I got good inverted hovers too. that was my first ever Inverted Hover on both helis outside the Simulator. now it's raining n I can't wait to bring them out again ;D this time, I will take off on 3D Switch on hehehe LOL.
