Luke's Landspeeder (2:35) It is clearly a rock on the opposing side for that scene shot. The speeder isn't sitting on anything. And do remember - they wouldn't have been that clumsy for a major budget film like this. Even invisible cables would have held the speeder making it appear to 'float'. It's called Special FX.

No, Han's laser shot did hit the fighter - just the quick cam shot makes it look as though it only flanked the wing before it explodes. Good eye. Good eye.

Um - it only appears that 2 'ornaments' are missing during that take. Look more closely. The front 2 are nearly camouflaged by the back 2 but they are still present. It's all angle. :)

@pokemonlova99 NO it was reversed. Hold a photo of a person in a mirror and you will notice their face looks slightly different...same thing happens here Poke. The mask looks different. It's because when the editors assembled the film, the print was reversed. Remember the film was cut in those days and spliced back together. This one must've been picked up and inserted backwards. It is a legitimate error.
