Since the Internet is technology, I propose that simple technical safety be required teaching in school as early as the 5th grade. This doesn't mean full-blown courses, but just something as simple as a one-hour workshop-type presenatation each semester featuring vids like this, demo's, news stories, etc

With the advent of video chat rooms around 2006, the amount of child porn on the Net has skyrocketed due to predators openly soliciting underage girls (and guys) to expose themselves or perform sexually on cam. The chat sites make only token efforts at child safety since most of their ad income is from all the ad hits from the 1000's of pedo's visiting.

If minors are so "willing" to expose themselves, then why does it sometimes take hours or days of grooming before a predator can get the video(s) he wants of someone. True, there are juvenile delinquents, but a kid getting on cam and just spontaneously doing porn is almost unheard of. Someone has to ask for it.

The bottom line is this - most of the world considers adult-child relations to be abnormal. Most of the world considers child porn to be illegal. Just because certain laws in Yemen, or Vatican City, or Mexico, etc are exceptions to the norm does not excuse pretending to be a kid to victimize them in chat sites.
