@Aleavey13 The white thing is a neck strip...thats how yoy know shes a BSGirl...its for sanitation...as technically your skin isn't suppose to make contact with a cape thats been used over and over on the public....like a buffer....it used to be State law requirement, and probably will be again the the future!
