there aren't so many cool electric pokemons in pokemon yellow, my all time favorite pokemon raichu (pikachu's next form) cannot be obtained in pokemon yellow coz pikachu rejects always thunderstone. Raichu is badass

good electric pokemon left aside zapdos seem to be electrode and magneton. Jolteon evolved from eevee?

for water type pokemons, you gotta include either seaking or polywrath. both are badass. I'd also recommend machop, a fighting pkmon.
