I think I saw a press release recently for this program. It is one that will be aired on E! if it is the same, but some people aren't very happy with how it was written as if it were for mere entertainment purposes.

@SpringtimeRosePetals You are so sweet my dear. Earlier I wrote something to a friend about this splurge of recovery progress I have made the last week. I feel it in my heart to share with you. I know you are a believer too and know God is working a full healing in your life as well. What I wrote:

@MyOwnStickFigure Today has been good for me. I made great fruit filled progress in the morning, fought urges and packed an extra meal snack for my car during my outings. All this because I cried out to the Lord and gave myself to Him this morning... what a great exchange. We get great God given rewards in return when we let go and let God.

@MyOwnStickFigure continud, part 3 : Sometimes a small simple prayer of faith that says "God, I don't know how, when, where or why but I do know all things through YOU so today I give myself to You" can be the BIGGEST blessing!

i have to tell you on facebook there is a HUGE backlash against this... people with eds here is the link you may want to check it out...."Cameras will stalk these sufferers, and viewers will even be able to vote for their favorite! How clever (Oprah's idea).

That is actually not the show we are doing. We are a completely different production company. We just did a show called "The OCD Project" that airs this month. Our focus is to raise awareness and get people the help that they need:)

@spekgirl1 Well here in the US we have something called Intervention. The format of this is going to be like that except the people know and consent to everything they are getting into ahead of time with a clear idea. Wiling participants consent to allowing cameras to document their day to day lives to show the hell of eds and what goes on for people based on individual basis. They will receive outpatient treatment in return, it's a great exchange for those willing to voice public.

Contact them if you have even a slight bit of interest, you never know what could come of it and even if it didn't work out atleast you showed yourself you were strong enough to stand up and make effort to live.
